Seriously bad experience… my daughter and I stayed here as a stop over on our way back from overseas. We went for lunch… her lunch came out 25 minuets before mine. When I asked they said that they forgot to put in my order. I was ready to walk off after she was finished but she wouldn’t let me because she didn’t want to embarrass anyone. So I made it clear that they should not serve lunch 25 minutes apart for the same table. They said that they were sorry but still charged full service for everything. The waiter even included an 18% tip for himself.

Gratuity is included at 20% so be mindful. We did use a Groupon for this deal since we are not from Florida and wanted to check it out first. The drive up is so beautiful, nice blue lights. Our service was great throughout however, the receipt is a bit scattered & my card was held for more than the amount. Overall I would recommend!

The parking is easy and the lobby smells amazing. I didn’t know it was a hotel so keep in mind it is a restaurant inside or more so for the hotel guests. There wasn’t a hostess or hostess podium but we were sat by the bartender quick. The food was simple and delicious. I had the seared salmon and my boyfriend had the prime rib. The vibe was more lounge but the food was great.

Man O man where do i start! Got there everyone was helpful in a gated area.Met up with the Waiter/Champion Bartender Duanne who was very very pleasant, professional,& knowledgeable with everything we needed.Genuinely wanted to make sure his customers needed everything.Im definitely going back to the Chophouse again.Food Was WORTH EVERY PENNY

If I’d known this restaurant was in a hotel’s lobby when I made my reservation, I wouldn’t have made a reservation on x-mas day. They would have gotten three stars for being open on x-mas, but one star off for the very long wait for our entrees. If you speak Spanish, you’ll probably enjoy it more. Nobody here spoke English very well when we went. Nobody was a native speaker of English, but they were nice enough. You’ll get your food on “Caribbean time “
