I stopped here when they weren’t particularly busy to have a snack before my flight. The server took more than 15 minutes to get me a menu – which was surprising given how empty the place was. Once the food arrives it was okay – it was nothing horrible, but also not particularly good. And it was a really small portion given the price. I’m very accustomed to airport food being expensive but this was beyond that. And when I finally tried to get my check it took another 10-15 minutes.

Pricing was a little expensive, bar tender was attentive so service was good. Food was mediocre. Black coffee was actually not too bad. Overall dinning experience was okay, consider there is a seating where you can sit down and enjoy a bit of rest.

Not busy at all, 8 am. Had to wait 7 min seated til they said hello and took my order. The person that accommodates guests just places them randomly not taking into consideration waiter availability. IT IS AN AIRPORT RESTAURANT, normally people are in a hurry. A smile will do jo harm, too. I just got my plate placed by the waitress: no word (no enjoy your meal) not even a look. I think there is way room for progress service wise!!!

Ribeye was cooked well, but pricy. That’s airport food for you! New England Clam Chowder was decent but heavy on the potato. Smokehouse Burger was also good. Whatever you do, don’t get the chili! They don’t drain the oil at all. I spooned a lot of it into an empty glass (which kind of made it look like a Thai Iced Tea), but it still gave my son near-instant diarrhea. At least the bathrooms are right around the corner…

I was seated quickly and service was prompt. Both my host and waiter were prompt and responsive. The smokehouse burger was delicious. I would have preferred to sit in the bar, instead of out in the open like the mall, but I don’t think that area was open yet. I’ve been traveling for about 13 hours and I was really hoping for a calmer atmosphere but it’s early in the day here. Would recommend they offer some lower priced wines by the glass.

Service was disappointing to say the least. We were not offered an option to order drinks. The Server was abrupt, you could see another staff member was struggling but she was treated badly and I’m sure she was new! The bill was thrown at us before I had finished eating. And then!!!! Told we have no choice but to tip! What the hell!

For a sit-down experience in the terminal, you will find choices here including pulled pork sliders and chicken BLT. The service was kind and the place slowly filled up inside with the lunch crowd. The food was cooked well and it was nice to rest amidst the rush.

Food is good for airport food. Prices are on the steep side. Service and staff seem to forget their restaurant is at an airport. The food takes a long time to arrive, and there is no sense of urgency from the staff when you ask for your bill, because your flight is boarding. Fine location if you have ~2 hours to kill, otherwise just eat at the food court nearby.

Wait was extremely long for an overpriced burger. $13 Caesar salad was seasoned with parmesan cheese you buy at a grocery store… not grated, but powdered. Our burger was raw, and we had to return it. Skip this place. Overpriced joint for bad service, and quality of food.
