Concerned Individual
This was the first time I have been and will try to be back again. The food was delicious! The service was good, but they did need more servers. It was a Saturday evening, a concert was in town but there was only one server so it was a bit slow – no fault of the server, he was still wonderful. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. I felt we didn’t have to be super careful because there were no little kids, so there wasn’t screaming or anyone running around – sometimes, everyone needs an environment that’s not a bar but there aren’t children. Worth a shot if you like pub food!

Started the night at the closest bar to where we are staying which was in the Sheraton where we happened to be staying. Played with a couple of drinks they are launching and was pleasantly surprised. They could use a bit more of a kick but were tasty none the less. We did not eat here but I’ll update once we try their grub.

We brought our family here for dinner. We were literally the only people in the whole restaurant and it took forever to get our mediocre food. The server added gratuity to our tab without letting us know. We had to wait 10+ minutes for him to come back from the bathroom to get us our itemized receipt back so we could figure out why our bill was $20 more than we expected.

Food and service were terrible. Ordered the ribeye, medium, and it came out charred to a crisp. It was over 75% char burnt (I honestly thought it was a joke at first). I’ve had jerky that was more tender, I had trouble cutting it with a steak knife. My wife had the chicken that had a side of mashed potatoes and the potatoes were moldy. $80 for two with no drinks and we couldn’t finish our meal. Food was brought out separately, my wife’s meal didn’t come until 10 mins after mine… plenty of better options within a 1-2 min walk.

Ok… I expect more from a Sheraton. The free Breakfast buffet was pretty basic, powered scrambled eggs, dry pastries, soggy bacon, the usual for free breakfast at a basic hotel. They are clearly understaffed as one person seats everyone, reloads the buffet, gives people water and utensils, it’s a disaster. At least two items in the buffet are consistently out and take 20 minutes to reload. I remember they used to have fresh omelettes in the buffet, made-to-order. Sadly, with Covid, that’s no longer a thing. Do better, Sheraton!

I was attending an event at the hotel & heard the food was amazing, & went right there during our lunch break. After being seated, our waitress did not come back for about 15 minutes to take our order. Another 15 minutes went by & a different waitress asked us what was on our order because our original waitress had “taken a break”… 15 minutes later we still did not have our food & our waitress still had not been back to check on us. I went up front to ask what was going on since we were seated second, still did not have our food & needed to get back to the event within 15 minutes. Our waitress said she would check, came back & said our food would be coming out within the next 2 minutes. I asked for it to be put in a to-go box. 15 more minutes went by, we still did not have our food, so I went up front to let them know we would be leaving. They told us not to worry about paying for our food & the hostess went back to get our food immediately. A manager came by & apologized for our wait, saying that too many people came in at once & let us know that she would not be charging us for our food. I let her know that I was told we didn’t get our food because our waitress went on break & that I was already told we wouldn’t be paying. She said our food would be out in a minute, they were putting it in to-go boxes for us. We grabbed our food, thanked the manager & left. We were now 15 minutes late getting back from our lunch break to the event… & the best part was that my food was cold. The burger was over seasoned on some spots & there was no seasoning on some other parts. Fries were also cold. I appreciate the manager not charging us for our food, but waiting over an hour for food & it being cold is just unacceptable. Very disappointed with the food and our service.
