I’m sad to leave a mixed review, as I love Grace but not as much as i love pasta. The Gelato, Brocollini, Arancini and Serpente were DELICIOUS. But I was really disappointed in the tuna/salmon tartare and mafaldine pasta.

In the shadows of Borofsky’s iconic Fort Worth masterpiece, “Man with a Briefcase” Adam Jones has created a intentional destination for everyone to experience and savor authentic Italian dishes prepared with the finest ingredients. The sleek, stylish ambiance elevates even the most routine day to a special occasion. We raved over each dish our party of eight ordered! The presentation was fabulous and it was obvious our server, McKale took great pride in her craft and knew the details of preparation and ingredients of each dish. She genuinely cared about insuring we enjoyed our time at 61 Osteria. And my personal favorite? The Tagliatelle Bolognese!

We felt so fancy and pampered at 61-O! Our server, Taylor, took such great care of us…professional, attentive and so knowledgeable about the menu. We were in town celebrating our kiddo’s birthdays and Taylor made us all feel so special! We had 5 in our party and each got something different. You must order the focaccia bread appetizer. The creamy ricotta that comes with it is heavenly. My husband ordered the Caesar salad and Veal Marsala — he said it was the absolute BEST he has ever had. I had the River Valley Farms Bibb salad…incredible. It had candied pecans (I think!) that really set it off. I also ordered the Serpente and holy WOW was it good. Taylor topped off our celebration with an elegant bowl of Salted Caramel Gelato, enough to share. I really can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. The restaurant itself is so well appointed – from the beautiful paintings to the unique chain chandeliers. Even the bathrooms are luxurious. You must give this place a try…you won’t regret it!

Absolutely wonderful little Italian place tucked inside an office building. Service was fantastic, food was delicious, ans ambiance was great. My husband and I went for my 35th birthday this year and the black sea bass was incredible! My husband got the serpente pasta and loved it. You HAVE to get their rosemary foccacia as it is to die for. Overall was a wonderful experience and we will be back

Great looking dishes that had fantastic flavor. Unfortunately, the side of artichokes didn’t come to our table until after we finished eating our main courses (the waitress appropriately comped this side item for us without question). We sat on the bar side of the restaurant, but it felt more stiff than the other side of the restaurant. Our table was a two seater in the corner of a bench, which was a bit of an awkward setup.

We had a lovely dinner celebrating my sister’s new place! Nailah (spelling?) was our server and she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend this place for a special occasion. The bergamot spritz, rotollo, and focaccia were some of our favorites.

Adam Jones and Chef Blaine Staniford do it again!!! Their third concept, a chic Italian place, is bright with art and large windows, simple and elegant colors, comfortable seating, knowledgeable staff, and food that makes your mouth water just talking about it!
