They are over priced for the quality of food and service I received. Ordered two prime ribs one rare, medium rare, medium rare was more medium – medium well, they forgot the mushroom garnish on steak when brought out was canned mushrooms hardly sauteed. Vegetables supposedly steamed where still raw, even after explaining wanted more thoroughly cooked. Save your money for a better service, if not bring cash or you pay 4% card fee, what a joke

Dinner was absolutely delicious! Chicken riggies ordered with hot peppers, and it sure was hot! If you like hot, give these a try! If you sort of like hot, or not order hot, order mixed! Chicken parm was HUGE and also delicious. Chefs special basil pesto riggies were fresh and tasty…. a different take on the usual utica style riggies… very summery tasting. Dessert was delicious as well!

Sorry, but the food is not what it used to be.. since the pandemic… I used to really like this place, but my last two times there, I was not happy with the food that I had nor was my wife.. I sure hope they get back to their old ways again… I will go back and try them again. Just not right away.. Chet.

Any business that charges an extra fee for cards is either greedy or they have an internal issue with their profit margins and they are too lazy so they just throw it on the customers. Either way it’s just a lazy owner trying one more way to nickel and dime their customers. I wonder how much that affects your poor servers tips.

My riggies were delicious. My wife and brother and sister in law ordered the prime rib special cooked medium and all came out extremely rare. Sister in law sent hers back and it took 15 minutes to cook it to well, not medium. My wife and brother in law only ate some and they brought theirs home to cook more. For $24.95 each, they should be cooked to perfection, especially in a steak house. We will go back as every restaurant can have a bad night.

Absolutely the worst service. Waited at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes before seating ourselves at a bar table. Still was not waited for over 10 minutes so we moved to the bar and still over 10 minutes again before having to go find the bartender. Only one other in the whole bar area. The bartender was miserable and acted very inconvenienced by our presence. Didn’t dare order food ordering drinks was a struggle. Another couple waited over 10 minutes at the hostess stand and not one person acknowledged them. All of the servers just ignored customers. Never again. The service was so bad. It was a Friday night and was not busy at all.

There was 4 of us for dinner. We had a small wait due to staff shortages but had drinks at bar. They have a good drink list. Ordered a couple apps and some awesome Prime Rib. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. We are going back.
