I ordered a blended matcha and they literally forgot the matcha. They gave me a cup full of frozen milk. I think the guy who took my order was confused because he also didn’t charge me enough for a matcha, but instead of asking a question and clarifying he rang me up for a cup of frozen milk. And then GAVE IT TO ME. Not tryna be dramatic but that was messed up. Who wants a cup of slushy milk?
