Love Love the place. The location is easily assessable, staff very friendly. We were greeted by our server Joeseph, who walked us through the menu & made recommendations. Which were all spot on.

I love ramen and couldn’t wait to try this restaurant. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted by the very nice hostess and the manager Rick. The hostess sat me, and Gabby was our server. The restaurant is byob, so Gabby got us a bucket to chill the wine. We started with appetizers of Papas A La Huancaina, and it was ok just nedded a little more seasoning. For my meal, I got the chicken ramen, and my friend got the short rib ramen. The ramen was super tasty, and Andrew, another staff member, helped us by giving us some hot sauce, which made it even better.

Apps are super yummy I had the tuna & the cucumber salad. Everything is so fresh & flavorful. The place is really clean bathrooms are super clean , atmosphere is fun, it’s BYOB & just a great choice to support local. Love love love will deff be back!

Small place – table seating for 18 and there’s a counter with an extra 3 stools. Friendly service. The honey yuzu lemonade was refreshing, a nice balance of sweet and sour. The mushroom ramen was flavorful and filling.

Good Vibes! Customer service is consistent and good; employees answer my questions, help me navigate the menu, and know the menu well enough that I don’t really have to look at it (though do to double check ingredients). I order Garlic Soy Cucumbers (very tasty, a colder flavorful more than spicy light snack with a distinct flavor) and Mushroom Ramen (the establishment has a Vegan version which is good; I get the most flavor from the noodles by wrapping the chopsticks then sucking on the noodles, so good, the rest of the ingredients are really tasty together in a bite though the seasonal mushroom has a gentle chewy texture with a good subtle distinct flavor complementing the ramen well). The establishment takes different forms of payments. I don’t know if a physical menu option aside from the QR code is available. The interior decor and music (during my visit) are so in tune working thematically well with the establishment’s ever present overall theme.

Food- I asked the waiter for recommendations, and he convinced me to get the Peruvian ceviche. This did not disappoint.

Really good food, service, and ambiance. Rick was super welcoming and made the experience even better for us. This place is BYOB and the train station is conveniently right across the street.

We did the Chef’s Table tasting and it was AMAZING. The best dining experience I think I’ve ever had. Food second only to my experience at Robuchon in LasVegas. Absolutely worth your time for the experience.

7 Doors Down is a must-visit restaurant if you’re a fan of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. This fusion restaurant offers a unique and perfect combination of both cuisines that will tantalize your taste buds. The blend of Japanese and Peruvian flavors is a masterstroke, and the dishes are nothing short of spectacular.
