What a great food truck. They have a nice selection of a lot of different items. Got the chopped beef sandwich and a one meat player with sausage. Both were well above average and the prices are fair for what you get. I also have to mention I thought the beans were great loved them. For sure will be going back.

Amazing, they did our wedding of 90 people and the best I could have asked for out of a caterer. The ribs fell of the bone and were seasoned perfectly! The service was outstanding and the food to die for!

Keep in mind, there are not many places to eat in this area. once you cross the ferry over to this side of the island, your choices drop drastically. luckily there are a handful of places in the bolivar/crystal beach area that can pretty much satisfy most any crave. i found this little place yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. they had a nice little lunch special for $7.50. good sized hamburger steak with brown gravy, mac & cheese, fried squash, iced tea, bread and a bite of dessert. super friendly server, very attentive despite being the only server and all of a sudden getting busy when i thought this restaurant really could use some business. she did well. we will go back for sure.

Was looking for a place to eat when we got off the ferry. Very happy we stopped here. I got the sliced sausage sandwich and it was delicious. My mother in law got the chop beef sandwich and she loved it. Everything came out hot and fast.

While visiting Crystal Beach, we stopped by The Salty Bovine….. I am sooooo glad we did! It was THE BEST BBQ we’ve had in a really long time. The brisket was smoked to perfection, and the bbq sauce was amazing. I’m drooling just writing this review, as it was THAT GOOD!
