I wish I could give the food more than 3/5 stars, but as I have yet to try it, I unfortunately can not give it more. My fiance and I have been enjoying the drinks, service, and atmosphere here for more than two hours, and I can assure you that these specific aspects of this establishment are immaculate. The drinks are flavorful, the atmosphere is immaculate, and the people are welcoming. Take it from me. This place is 110% worth your night.

Outstanding service provided by the hostess, waiting staff and bartenders. Their Covid19 safety precaution guidelines above any other establishment in the Rio Grande Valley. The restaurant’s menu is impressive and very creative. The drinks as well are very unique and bartenders always up to the challenge to make new drinks. 76 bar is definitely a place you can come after a long day at work and enjoy a cold beer and a great meal. The nightly entertainment makes this place a perfect spot for you and your friends to hang out. Management is always very attentive to the customer’s needs and always open minded to any new suggestions. This place is again above any other establishment.

The discrimination at this establishment is beyond me! The hard working youth that keeps this establishment open, is also targeted at the door. Which is ridiculous! No one should be in fear of being arrested while simply just wanting some hot wings, not causing any trouble. You don’t allow entry to some and for others you have them arrested. Despite the reviews of bartenders putting things in drinks and managers not doing anything about it, rude staff. I still took my chances. I wish I never did. I’m not from the Valley and this was my first night there. NEVER AGAIN! Honestly I don’t want to go to any bar in the valley for that matter. This restaurant and McAllen police scared me away for life.

‘76 Bar and Kitchen is fantastic!! The service is amazing, ask for Alex! The food hits the spot. This place has a great atmosphere and great live music. It’s also kid friendly if you want to bring your family. We will be back!!
