Fantastic food, large drink selection, brews and cocktails. The atmosphere is a Colorado, outdoors-y lifestyle vibe with beautiful scenery and bracing breezes. There are firepits and covered patio tables. The staff are invariably polite and knowledgeable about menu items. The prices are so reasonable when compared to the quality 8 Mile Bar & Grill has to offer.

Not worth it. Burger was over cooked and dry, had to ask for tomato replacement and mayo. The tortillas for tacos were stale. Would have at least returned the burger but was too hungry to wait longer.

I know it isn’t really fair to compare to the next door neighbor, but I like White Water a bit better. Nice atmosphere and fun to dine, but the food quality seems to be lower from time to time, and the dishes don’t get that extra attention to make them pop.

We had a party of 11 on a Sunday. We did call ahead. When we got there we were immediately seated. Our waitress was Mackenzie and she was wonderful!! We had several different tickets which in most cases causes issue but not for her. She was attentive and we lacked nothing the whole time. The food was awesome in taste and portion size. I had the Maytag. My oldest daughter had the mac and cheese with brisket. My youngest had the veggie burger. We all enjoyed the food! If you go for lunch I hope you get MacKenzie! You will like her!

Great place. Very good food. Located at echo canyon rafting. Beautiful scenery to look at while eating. Ate here after a whitewater trip. Didn’t get 5 stars because our server didn’t get orders correct. Ordered plain sandwiches and they came out loaded with everything. Just scraped off mayo, but kind of annoying when you order without. Server was super nice though.

8 Mile has super yummy burgers as well as an assortment of other great choices! Perfect stop for before or after your rafting adventure. Even if your not rafting it’s a great restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, restaurant staff were all very friendly and everyone in our party really enjoyed their meals!

Nice place for a beer. French fries are amazing! However our burgers were not cooked as requested (Medium) but were well done and really dry. My burger was supposed to include beer-braised onions but was served without them. I asked the waitress and she said they ran out. If I had been told that in advance I would have changed my order. Overall we had a nice time hanging out and the waitress was really sweet.

Surprisingly a good place to eat after a river rafting or any other sport activity. Very very friendly service. Food was good and fast. We enjoyed tacos, burgers, chicken sandwich, wings, friend pickles, Mac n cheese.

What a great concept. There is a rafting place attached but you don’t have to be a raft customer to eat here. The whole restaurant is open air and strangely reminds me of some of the places I used to frequent when I lived in the Keys in Florida. Great atmosphere, good food and very attentive friendly staff. You can bring your dog if you dine on the patio which makes a huge difference for me. I was hoping to go again but it had closed for the season. I would probably go here once a week if it had been open the whole time (I was at a camp nearby for a month).
