I don’t know why the reviews are so terrible. I thought the pizza was great. It may be one of the best foods at LAX. Of course, it takes some time as they make everything from scratch.

Hey, it does the job. You’re hungry? Afraid of getting sick on the plane? You can trade your money for carbs here. Watched my partner order a margarita pizza here — not the best choice, I think, but I wasn’t doing the choosing. My brother once said that if you find yourself at a good pizza place, order a margarita pizza . . . but, if you find yourself at a not-so-good pizza place, under no conditions should you order a margarita pizza. Was the pizza good here? Not really. Did I expect it to be good? Definitely not! So, am I satisfied? Of course! You can’t go into a 7/11 and complain that their hot dogs aren’t fresh! This place is called 800 degrees and it’s packed in the back of a food mall in LAX by the bathrooms. C’mon. Oh, and careful back there by the bathrooms, too: someone told me that one of the men’s toilets doesn’t flush. I did not check it out.

We ordered Hawaiian pizza for $16.45 to share as we were waiting for our flight. We had a few hours in between planes and we went late in the day , at around 8-9 o’clock . The wait time was not bad, maybe 10-15 minutes. The pizza was really good and filled two people up. I see many bad reviews but my experience was actually really good. If you have time in between planes it is worth to get food here.

Pizza is amazing. However if you have a voucher there is no one to help. Menu screen is so simple it’s complicated and if you have question there is no one to help because the two ladies there are busy cooking your order. Loved the food! I wish the experience was better we couldn’t use our vouchers and had to pay with a card..

This is the wrong business at the wrong place… Making one wood fired oven pizza takes too long for an airport quick bite. Unfortunately we noticed too late. When you “only” have an hour before your flight, then waiting 45 minutes for a pizza is ridiculous. They finish one order every 7 minutes. This is an airport with too many passengers passing by, not a cosy small town where you take your time for a slow dinner. About 50% of people cancelled their order because their flight departure was approaching. They got a refund but left LAX with empty stomachs.

Great pizza with gluten free options available. Personal Pizza ends up being around $16, and it’s +$2 for the gf option.

I ordered a veggie pizza, which comes with olives cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms. It was remarkably tasty. The sauce was really nice, as was the dough. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the overall eating experience.

Not really Italian/Neapolitan but still decent for airport food. The staff seem overworked and tired.

I can’t believe they call it Neapolitan pizza. I asked them to remake our pizza because of the size. You can see on the picture below what I got. I wish I checked the reviews before. (2 stars on 24.11.22) I am going with 2 starts as well just because of the chef was very kind but not skilled. Very disappointed with dining variety at this airport.
