that was rough. There were 6 in our party. We made a reservation. This was our first time there. We were there for over 2 HOURS!!! It was very crowded and kinda hot inside. It took over 30 minutes before our order was taken. Our food took forever and only half of our food came out. Half of us were LITERALLY DONE with our food before the last 2 received theirs. The waitress was not very friendly and never acknowledged how bad the service we were receiving was and didn’t apologize obviously. The food wasn’t that good. Reviews hyped up their salad bar, which was just ok. The only thing I thoroughly enjoyed was the bread. We tipped well and didn’t complain.

Our first time here was months ago and the food and service was awful. Ended up getting a comp meal and gift card. Today we came in to use that gift card and service was still slow and food was probably worse. The place is a steak house but this is the worst steak ever. It’s over cooked and nowhere near the requested meat temp. Eat at your own risk.

The main dining area is crowded, making it difficult for the staff to clear tables. The hostess is extremely slow seating patrons. The waitresses are wonderful and very accommodating, however. We enjoy the salad bar.

Great food and a really good place to eat locally. Steaks cooked properly to order, good prime rib and appetizers. Salad bar is large and well stocked. They, like every restaurant have problems having enough help to endure the rush. Please be patient and kind to your server, they are doing all they can. I’m really glad there here and hope you’ll give them a try!

The food was good, but the service was so slow. We waited 10 minutes for the waitress to get our drink order. Then waited another hour for our food. We had to ask for new drinks because ours were watered down by the time our food came.

Really busy at 5:30 on a Friday. Food was very good. Sat at the bar to eat. Bartender did a great job taking care of us. Noise level was high for my liking.
