I’ve visited this restaurant for years and have seen the highs and lows. I had a taste for their food today as I’d not been there for some time. I ordered the spicy Singapore mei fun, only vegetarian, but with a fried egg. I was phenomenal! Only thing is the container was a to-go container versus a container with a lid…bummer!

The Orange Chicken was phenomenal, the Pork Egg Rolls were also phenomenal. The Pork Fried Rice wasn’t bad, but the Egg Drop Soup was disappointingly flavorless and far too thick. I will eat here again but will pass on the Egg Drop Soup.

Food is good, but horrible customer service. The lady with the glasses who’s probably new, was very rude. Giving every customer attitude and rolling her eyes at everyone. She took my order, didn’t give me a time and when I came back 25 minutes later and asked if it was ready she gave me an attitude saying “idk not ready”. Good food but probably won’t ever come back because of the service.

First time going. Got the honey chicken, great flavor, only thing was the honey chicken was mostly batter. Rice was tasty but the mixture of the honey chicken flavor didn’t sit well for me. Rice alone was great though. Chicken Egg drop soup was great too.

I don’t know about you but I don’t consider Spanish rice to be the equivalent of pork fried rice. It wasn’t fried either but there technically was pork in it so ill give them that. Honestly I should have heeded the red flag in another review mentioning Italian food. It’s certainly a take on fusion food gone wrong.

I have to give it 5 stars! I’m super new to the area and have tried Chinese food along Thonotosassa Rd just to be left disappointed. I almost regretted the move here. Like, I understand not finding authentic NY pizza, but Chinese food shouldn’t be too difficult. 813 has surpassed my expectations. My mom who can be difficult to please raved about the taste, quality and hefty portions. This is my 3rd time ordering from 813 and I will continue to order. Thank you for everything tasting fresh and so enjoyable.

Order was all wrong over charged then once I showed a pic of the order she could not figure out a refund gave cash got home had part of someone else’s order sorry an my shrimp toast was rare had to throw away our entrees were so similar couldn’t tell the difference an both bland my orange chicken was supposed to be spicy we won’t be back

Used to be a regular but lately the food has been so mediocre and not fresh. Today I ordered vegetables as well as a pint of Shrimp fried rice. I probably receieved 4 or 5 pieces of shrimp & the container it came in was not the Pint sized container. My food was turned upside down in the to-go Styrofoam container with rive spilling everywhere. Not to mention, the vegetables were not fresh at all. Smelled like someone picked them out of the soil & added sauce to them. It literally smelled like a garden & the vegetables had sauce that tasted old and overly saturated with whatever sauce they cooked it in. I think this is my last time ordering, this is a common occurrence now. The food is not fresh and seems rushed. On top of that it tastes very old! Never again!
