Cute old school diner/café. We stopped by for breakfast during a weekday and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. We sat at the counter and was offered something to drink as soon as we sat down. The service is pretty casual and allows you to sit and talk with others or watch tv while enjoying your breakfast.

I had A really good experience here, I ordered their Big Breakfast with French Toast. Food was prepared as requested and everything was Hot, even the French Toast. I do not understand why so many other restaurants cannot deliver French Toast hot, Even the places that pride themselves on their breakfast dishes and close at 2 or 3pm. I will return for sure and hope to get the same service. Not to forget, the server that I had was prompt to take my order, plesent, and was there before I needed her(refill my drinks and checking if I needed anything) ! Thank you for a great hot lunch and friendly prompt service.

Atmosphere takes a distant third to food and service when eating in a Diner. 84th Classic Cafe is indeed “classic”. Just good, home-made food, served up by friendly wait staff at a reasonable price. Would eat there again!

I can’t say enough about this place..the food is fantastic and the suvice was great. Portions are amazing.. So many great things to try I ordered 2 breakfasts just to try them both. And I will definitely frequent this wonderful place.

Last visit here was good. We had breakfast. Food was hot. Server did a great job. It did take a while to get our food but it was worth it. I do think some of the food was a little high. And they had way too many menus to select food from. I like options but 3 menus was to much. Interior is outdated and seating should be updated as the booths seats are lumpy and not comfortable. But for a little family dinner I will be back.

Good place for a small get together or something lowkey. Average prices for pretty good food. Only complaint is the girl with black hair tatted up with tattoos up the wazoo. She seemed upset with all her coworkers and made me feel bad for those working with her. She should hop back on the screw loose caboose and head back to coo coo Kathy lane. Oh and no AC, only a problem today cause it’s 90 degrees!
