I don’t like to say that a place is perfect, but 99 is pretty close. The service was swift and efficient. The food was delicious, hot, and worth the prices. Even the prices were matched well with the value. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the large flat-screen tvs were of good quality. This particular 99 may be off of the main highway, but I don’t think anyone would be disappointed!

I would recommend against using this location for take-out, as they seem to be completely uninterested in delivering the food on schedule. I placed an order scheduled for pick-up at 6 pm. When I arrived, I found that someone in charge was unfamiliar with their online order system (which I have used many times at this and other locations on the customer side) and thought that they should start the order at 6 instead of delivering it. The issue was compounded by telling me it would be ready in 15 minutes, and then not actually having it ready until 6:25 (an additional ten minutes late), and further compounded by a complete lack of interest by the manager in the impact of the collective poor performance. I did not necessarily expect to get anything comped to smooth things over, but a little contrition and interest in improvement would have gone a long way. Instead, all I got was excuses about how it wasn’t anyone’s fault. I will not be ordering take-out from this location again.

Staff were friendly, food tasted okay but my drink had a small insect floating among the ice cubes. When I brought it to the attention of the server she smiled, said someone else had one too and brought me a new drink. I can’t help wondering how many bugs I ate with my meal and didn’t see them.

They really need to identify what is in menu items. Side items included. There was mushroom in the rice. My fiance is ALLERGIC and he didn’t think it was supposed to any in it so he took quite a few bites. Thankfully he noticed right away and took Benedryl immediately. If there isn’t supposed to be any it then they need to do better with food storage and preparation. Salmon was great though! HONEY bbq chicken wrap was ok.
