Excellent service and good sub sandwiches. This location is busy but not usually crowded. They are always courteous and will make your meal the way you want it. The food is always fresh and I have not had a complaint in the years that I have been going. Best choice for a sandwich from any of the chain stores out there. If you don’t see exactly what you want, they will usually make it for you.

I’ve eaten at this Jersey Mike’s numerous times and the service and food has been good. Yesterday 3/3/23 my experience was not good. The staff is friendly and they just failed to deliver a satisfying experience on this trip. After waiting for about 20 minutes for a grilled cheese steak the #17 was prepared incorrectly and not as I ordered and on top of that the ingredients were contaminated with something that caused explosive diarrhea. I was having an excellent day until my meal. Additionally the staff was cleaning the tables with floral scented Clorox while customers are eating – customers do not not want to smell cleaning chemicals while eating a Sub. I would suggest to management to switch to unscented cleaners while customers are dining. Management, I suggest you emphasize the importance to your staff of getting the orders written correctly and to the grill guy to follow the instructions.

I just had a damn good sandwich and my husband absolutely agreed. The restaurant was very clean and easy to understand the flow. It was being managed by 3 professional, friendly, and patient women: Deidre, Kyanah, and Morelia!! Their smiles alone behind the masks made me feel welcomed ☺️ And look at how beautifully dressed my sandwich is!!

I have been a loyal Jersey Mike’s customer for several decades. As much as I hate to give this location a poor review, the sandwiches I bought on line and picked up today did not live up to JM’s normal standards. Sandwiches were not ready when I got there…no big deal but it went further downhill from there. Bread was underbaked, crust was white. Sandwich #13 minis “Mike’s way” were underdressed and flavorless. Sandwich just tasted wet. Many of the pieces of banana peppers were ends and stems. YUCK!. Poor customer experience. I won’t return.

I always have such a great experience at this location. I frequently grab subs for the employees at my business when we’ve had a busy day. Longest I’ve ever waited was maybe 15 min to get through the line (during lunch) AND get my order (and usually, at least 2 or 3 of us get something from the grill). Everyone is always super nice, and never an issue with the order being wrong.

The food was good and the staff was polite. What made the experience bad was that I was eating inside and watched a male staff member making food with gloves on. Then he went to the register several times and rang customers up, handled their money, and then right back to making other customers food with the same gloves on. He did this multiple times and never changed his gloves.

Order the Mike’s Original for my brother and a Big Kahuna for myself. They were fast in making both of them. This is a new location so everything looked decent. There were three employees there but I had to wipe down the table where we ate. Floor some had food particles on it as well. The JM I normally visit is in Sun Valley and they have a minimum of 5 people there at all times and they are much friendlier/cheerful.

Absolutely terrible wait time. A bunch of teenagers running the place. I ordered a grilled sub and ended up waiting almost 20 minutes; no one was in front of me, no one was dining in. When I asked if the kid on the grill could move a little quicker, I got an attitude. If you want your food in a timely manor, do NOT go here.
