I just went to here and my daughter and I were waiting to be served. Their was a young lady sweeping the floor with headphones on not paying attention. Then a young man walked behind the counter. Looked at us rolled his eye and sucked his teeth walked passed us . We wait 5 more minutes no one helped us so we left. Horrible experience no one wants to work anymore. Never will I go there again

Terrible customer service. They serve you what they want instead what you order and every time you go in there prices change with each run. Very disappointing since it’s the closes to my job. I have to go out of my way to get better service almost near route 46 instead of going into Oradell NJ. Employees attitudes are extremely poor.

Today at approximately around 4pm I came in to Dunkin to get a Ice coffee with the new coupons in the mail. As usual I wait in line, while waiting I got my coupons not realizing a Male staff from DD was trying get my attention in a rush way. I ordered a ice coffee, sugar free Hazelnut with cream and splenda. While he was making the drink, I try to rip out the coupon without damaging the serial code. I give it to him and he get visibly angry trying to scan the coupon. I told him you should have help me if this going to be problem. He end throwing the coupon back, getting upset that I was blaming him, never gave my drink, ask me if I was going to pay for it yet I got the feeling he think I was trying to get it for free but I wanted to pay the drink with the coupon. I ask for the manager and curse me out tell me to wait outside or come tomorrow. I try to call corporate but no one pick up. I don’t know if the manager will see this but I had TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE that I NEVER had before at ANY DD place. I’m not sure if I will come back but I will tell EVERYONE NOT to come here and go somewhere else.
