Pro tip here for the D10 Starbucks: create an online ordering account an order ahead of time!! The line is ALWAYS long. And this will get your order in the queue whether it’s just coffee or coffee and food.

You need at leeeeeeast 1 person on staff to drive the rest to do their best and get orders out the door. 30-45min wait times for a drink made wrong is rough. Side note: 30 to 45min was an online order, it was longer for those waiting in line. I didn’t bother asking for them to fix my 7$+ drink.

Everything wrong with big corporations (in this case HMS) can be seen in this Starbucks. Extremely long lines of customers waiting for the order to be taken, then more than 30 minutes to receive your coffee ☕️. Only two employees (one for the cashier and one barista). It’s impossible to provide a decent service with only two employees…

Ordered some food. After waiting 20 minutes, they told me they can replace the items because they do not have what I had ordered. The replacements were x2 cheaper, so I refused. They refused to refund me, I had to contact customer service to get the refund. Moreover, I had to pay expensive food in airplane.

I have never taken the time to write a negative review but I have never seen a Starbucks that had four employees who did not show one iota of urgency to help anyone. I honestly thought I was on Candid Camera as a joke to see how a large group of travelers acted with such pathetic “service”. Whoever oversees this area really needs to clean house….OUCH!!!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not surprising that miami has the worst customer service and most entitled workers I’ve seen in the world. Residents here are so rude, sarcastic, never smile or say hello, and have no training or skills for the customer service industry. I smiled at them and said hello and was met with rude stares, straight faces and being ignored. One employee threw a customers sandwich on the counter.
