June 26,2023 @6:40 idk who the young man is that was working that shift, but he was very unprofessional (boy in photo). The portion size he gave was very minimal, and when I asked if he could add more, (fully aware of paying extra) he proceeded to have an attitude. Then he got sour cream all over the wrap which caused the lady that was cashing me out to re-wrap the burrito (lady in photo), she was very nice but his attitude is horrible. if you didn’t feel like working today he should’ve stayed home. very weird

This location is new (opened in March 2023) This was so excited when it opened! But it won’t last. I ordered online once before, got there, meals not ready…ok no big deal. I ordered tonight (6/6/2023) online & even signed up! I was entitled to a free guac dip because I signed up. I set my pick up time for 7:50 got there at 8pm. Used the drive thru. My order was nowhere to be found (mind u they took my $$ out FAST when I paid online, PLUS a dollar & some change as a down payment). The kid at the window kept saying my order isn’t there. He said he asked someone else who just went on break if they had made my order?…Of course not! I’m showing the kid the $ I had already spent & a screen shot of my confirmed order.

Ive been to this chipotle 4-5 times since it has opened and the manager has made my bowl 3 of those time and each time it has been 90% rice and even then a insanely small portion i never have this much of a issue at any other location and on top of that he is incredibly rude to his employees in-front of customers and I’ve witnessed it every time ive gone in there you quite literally couldnt pay me to go back to this chipotle much less work there id 110% recommend the chipotle on university blvd over this one -10/10

I am a big fan of Chipotle and eat it 3-4 times per month. I have tried this location several times since opening and the experience just isn’t the same as others. On today’s visit the portions were at least half the size that I get when going to the university or riverside location. The chips were stale. The bowl was good but just not what other locations serve. I’m sure I’ll give it another shot but will probably wait a while.

For a new place they sure have some stale chips…. That I paid for. My other complaint is that nobody is helping the new girl. She made our burrito, yelled at the other staff that their chicken timer is going off, rung us up and everything, then when two other people show up to the store out piles 4-5 other employees. After reading some reviews, seems like you need a new manager who really wants to make your business better. Food was decent 4/5, environment was sketch 1/5 . I will eat here again, due to its convenient location, and I hope it improves my perception.

I love this restaurant! I eat there about four times a week minimum the service is always good the food is always fresh this restaurant was a great asset to our little community here way better than the one on the Atlantic boulevard their food is always cold and the service is not usually that great and they don’t wear gloves five stars for the beach Blvd store!!

had the worst experience with employees at this chipotle. i ordered through the mobile app and when i went through the pick up lane i was told they didn’t have my ticket. i then showed them the confirmation on my phone and the correct address and the employee again told me he didn’t have the ticket though, and i could come inside and order again. i parked and even pulled up my online banking to show that the payment was taken out of my account and AGAIN all I was told was “Well, we don’t have the ticket” i then asked how i could get my money back and i swear to you (who i assume was the manager on duty) says “i’ll make it, but we don’t have the ticket for it.” i’ve worked in restaurant industry since i was 16 and i know first hand this was not the appropriate way to handle a situation like this. terrible experience.

Ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl off uber eats. Got two burrito bowls instead and the burrito bowl with my burrito stuff wasn’t even a bowls worth, it seems like they either didn’t read the order, or they just didn’t feel like making a burrito correctly? I have no idea what happened but uber won’t let me review on the app so….

I’ve always loved Chipotle. I live about 3 minutes away from this new location. I used to drive miles to a much further location. A few months ago when I noticed that a Chipotle was opening soon, I was very excited that a super close Chipotle was opening around the corner.
