Love the ambience of the place! (i was able to record my first platinum record no problem) My favorite worker, some racially ambiguous fellow with a large amount of hair, always gets my order right and makes my day better with his lovely smile! My only complaint is the manager doesn’t seem to know what deodorant is (He gave me a tour). Such an amazing location!

Unfortunate they lost me today as a customer. For the past 6 weeks I’ve had to drive back to return frozen coffees for new ones & still make it wrong. I’m not returning again. Wasted too much money there. I will take the extra drive further down the street. MANAGEMENT Get your act together. I was an Assistant Manager and this would not be tolerated at my store.

I received 3 glazed and 3 vanilla donuts. On Uber eats. Unacceptable! I ordered 3 strawberry, 2 glazed and 1 vanilla. They didn’t call or say they didn’t have it and i can’t eat this . Each donut was for different people especially in a house with autistic kids. I got a refund from Uber .!

The reason why this Dunkin location is so horrible is because of the manager Val,her customer service skills are horrible!my order was completely wrong,I go back in and I ask for the manager and when she came out from the back she said what’s the issue I tell her I asked for no cheese and that I’m allergic to it,she snatched the bag out of my hand and says to the employee just refund her let her go to another Dunkin !this should not be accepted nore tolerated,what if I ate it and I had an I had to be rushed to the hospital!!!!!!!!

The worst Dunkin on the planet. Every single time you go there an employee acts like you’re bothering them and making them go out of their way. You wait 30 minutes inside and at the drive thru. No one comes to the window after you’ve been sitting there more than 10 minutes. I’m completely tired of the terrible food and drinks. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru because an employee not wanting to make our food order. You’ve got to be kidding me. Everytime we go there it’s a terrible experience we’ll find a different location.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews since I know what it’s like to work in places like this. Let me start off by saying they messed my order up BAD. Got all the wrong food! When it came to having them fix it, oh my GOSH they must be high or something. Hand off a bag stating there is 3 of said items I needed fixed. Looked in to see only 1. Can they not count?? Now that’s only Part of the problem with that order… you can imagine the rest
