Best Burger King in town! They call it whopper bar but it’s Burger King, always heard it’s the best tasting around and there’s no lie to that. Don’t believe everything you read in the reviews, this is a theme park and language barriers are there, I had no issues and had fast service, everywhere is hiring so talents are limited so just chill and give the hard workers a break!

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Long line to order. They wanted to upcharge for a bottle of water even though I was paying for combos that included drinks. I ended up getting fountain waters but still had to pay for the drink in the price of the combo. Lady who called my number was extremely rude and acted like she had been calling me forever even though I had been standing right there listening for my number the whole time and never heard her call my number. Then she handed me a bag with 2 of my 5 meals. Had to explain multiple times that I didn’t get my full order and then the order I received in the end was not correct and I didn’t get items I had paid for. Food quality was terrible. Burger buns were saturated in grease and soggy. Would recommend looking elsewhere in City Walk for food. We could have eaten at one of the sit down restaurants with much better food in the time we wasted at Burger King.

Really poor ripoff of a place. Food is edible, but everything else about this place is just awful. They have hamburgers and cheeseburgers on the menu but will not sell them except in a children’s meal. Only sell large size for fries. Such poor service it’s remarkable they’re still operating. Tables and floors filthy and sticky. You’ve been warned…

We came here for some cheeseburgers, nothing crazy. We ordered and waited 25 minutes and watched others after us get their food, eat and leave. Finally we went up to the front and asked for our food and it had not even been started yet. Not only that, it’s an open kitchen and we saw one of the cooks eating the food as it was being prepped. No gloves or anything. Would not come back based on the unsanitary conditions there and the bad customer services.

Employee at counter was the most rude employee I’ve ever interacted with in my life. Was having some sort of mental breakdown and yelling at every customer over miniscule things (Why did you only line up for a water cup? Why didn’t you shorten your order to “combo?”) and was holding up the line by telling every customer how miserable customers make his life for 5 minutes each. Then was complaining people were moving too slow. Yelled at my friend for telling him to leave out some of the ingredients of a burger and told him she was making his life significantly harder. No one should ever be spoken to that way.

DO NOT THINK THIS IS FAST! Absolutely Disgusting and terrible service. We came at the height of the season and all restaurants in Universal and CityWalk have long lines but I was not expecting to wait 45 min for this meal. We could’ve waited for a table at Bubba Gump next door and gotten food faster and better service and quality. The burger was no where near BK standards! The fries were stale and needed so much salt. Again, not at all BK standards. The staff was absolutely horrible. There were literally only 3 people working and they were moving like sloths. I swear they were all high.
