I really hate to be this person but this place stinks! They never get my order right, I’m always missing something, ALWAYS! Fries, toast, sauce, several chicken strips, it’s always something! And the workers attitudes suck. They clearly hate their job. They definitely need to be more thorough in their hiring process because no one is friendly, or apologetic. They’re very inconvenienced by you deciding to eat at Dairy Queen. So do them a solid and go somewhere else.

Unfortunately- I think they were understaffed. Nice customer service- but a 45 minute wait for 4 meals is a bit excessive, and when we hit the road- not ONE of the meals were correct (wrong burgers, no fries, etc). I can’t fault the workers as they were running around like crazy. Still love a good DQ burger though!

I don’t usually rate fast food restaurants, but this one was pretty special. Our server, a young, dark-haired fellow, was super kind and patient. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. It can be rare to see someone working at a fast food restaurant be that kind and helpful. On top of the excellent service, the food was really decent. I was pleasantly surprised!

Do not recommend this location. I had to get a refund since the app glitched and switched locations. They never gave me a refund, when the issue occurred they said I would have to come to the store later and it would be fine. I went back for the refund for them to tell me that the manager has to be there. Instead I asked just to have the food made if we weren’t getting the refund. Which they said they couldn’t, so I’ve tried to call them back three separate times to speak with the manager and no answer.

My daughter and I were at the drive-up at 1:15pm today. I was told that he would be right with us. He accidentally left his head set on and was having a vulgar conversation with another guy. He was talking about women’s breasts, but did not refer to them as breasts. He was using the F word. I was disgusted and said, “Hello are you there? We are just going to go eat somewhere else!” He said, “That is a good F ing idea.” I then called Dairy Queen to see if I could speak with a manager, but there was no answer and I could not leave a message as voicemail was full.

I’m so sad to say it but I’m am VERY disappointed in this location. When you do get food in a timely fashion, it’s always messed up, or crammed in containers so badly that the presentation is absurdly embarrassing. Do better or close up shop.

Blizzards and cones sat around melting, nobody cared. 14 guests waiting, then one employee went on break, and the other decided now was the time to take out the trash.
