Didn’t get my drink I ordered. Normally I’d remind them, and get my drink. Communication was difficult to understand. I ordered a 3 piece dinner, I believe he told me all they only had were breast. Asked if I could be charged for the regular price. I prefer dark meat, chicken breast are usually very dry. I called the manager, Omar, he told me to return next day and we could work it out. He apologised for the lack of English speaking staff. I just thought he would welcome the feedback, and he was. I will come back. I’ve noticed quality has gotten worse, and I travel further hoping to again have a meal that I so much enjoyed growing up. I have not been a satisfied customer for years.

This was a horrible experience. The lady taking orders dipped out in the middle of her shift to go listen to music and play on her phone. We had to wait a very long time to get our food. But only thanks to the man working the grill that we got our food. They did give extra to make up for it. Then they locked us inside the building. Every time we asked for anything they were rude and came off very aggressive. Would not recommend

FYI: Prices on KFC’s own app are higher online than in store! I was HIGHLY disappointed with today’s experience. I ordered through the App and the App alerted me that my order was ready. I have been standing in here waiting for over 8 minutes since I was told it was ready. I heard lots of excuses as to why I was standing waiting while the manager yelled about why the drive through was helped ahead of those who had pre-ordered through the app. I doubt anyone in the drive through had been waiting over 10 mins from the time they ordered… I had pre-ordered, waited, and was alerted that my order was ready THEN I waited 9 minutes and had to go back in to get utensils. Totally unacceptable.

Order a famous bowl. Was over charged. The person at the window was playing music in their phone too loud to answer my question about why I was paying almost a dollar more than listed on the menu board. Got home and all that was in it was mash potatoes, gravy and corn. Not chicken or cheese. The soda was only carbonated water. When I called back to talk to a manager someone picked up and would not talk. Phone stayed busy rest of evening. Horrible experience. Will not be back.

Do the owners or managers here keep an eye on their employees at all? The employees here don’t want to actually do work at this store!! I’m pretty sure they do nothing and get paid. This has happened twice. The speaker was broken. Ok that’s fine, it happens but I sat there awhile and then finally drove up to the window to see if they were open. At this store, on Breckinridge Lane, if the lady at the drive thru waived her hand to come forward, you can see her. Nope! I pulled up and she was on her phone and looking at her very long nails. And just said, yeah it’s broken. Is it too much trouble to put a sign out? She said they were out of every single thing I wanted. Wasn’t even trying to help me get something different or part of what I wanted and actually interrupted me when I was asking bc she didn’t want to put her phone down. Then I drive around and two employees were outside smoking and talking only 25 minutes before closing. I’ve never taken a break literally right before closing. No wonder she said they didn’t have anything bc there was no one inside working. It’s a hit or miss whether anyone wants to work that day.

Long wait in drive thru but worth it. One of the workers came to drive thru lane and went to each car telling us it would be a while bc only 3 of them working. It took 45 minutes but didn’t bother me, I just played games on my phone. She was so polite and sweet. I told her I didn’t mind the wait- just glad they are open!

I normally don’t leave a Review but today I am! But anyways Me and Mother-in-law went through the drive thru. My mother in law told the Woman taking orders that it was two different orders. As My mother-in-law was telling the woman what she wanted the woman kept rushing her. Then when she try tell her the next order. The woman kept saying is this on the same order. Remind you my mother in law told her it was two different orders. And before that she told her, she was already done ordering the first order. The woman continued to be rude and when my mother in law, raised her voice cause she getting yell at and talk to rudely. Another employee that was a man step in as if he was going to do something! So my thing is this what we do when working for the public is be rude to customers! Then have a man act like he going to do something to a woman! Not just a woman but a elderly woman! Just wow! If you can’t handle working for the public, then you need get out that field! Treating customers like that isn’t Acceptable!
