I’ve had solid drinks here and some real misses. It’s either really fast or the slowest Starbucks, no in between. Last visit bugged me with the intense tipping pressure and the barista(who I hadn’t seen before) telling me what buttons to hit to make sure he got a tip and watching me enter it. I usually order ahead or use my app but didn’t this time and the experience was way too aggressive. The baristas actually making the coffees were working super hard, though, and it was impressive to watch.

Great experience. There is only outdoor seating area. Breakfast sandwiches are too small, you’ll probably need at least two!

My favorite Starbucks in St. Louis. It’s hard to even tell it’s there from the outside, and there’s no drive-thru, but it’s big and open on the inside and – most importantly – has a Clover brewer and Starbucks Reserve coffee available.

Extremely convenient when staying at nearby hotels. On the weekends they do not have the food fully stocked, so don’t expect full service on Sat/Sun.

Service is painfully slow. My mobile order was 15 mins late. They have 4 employees on the floor, but only one is making drinks

Ordered a cappuccino on the app like I often do. Was happy to see it was ready when I arrived. As soon as I picked up the cup I knew it wasn’t right. It felt like it barely had anything in it. Open the lid and confirmed my suspicion. Wish I’d taken a pic. The foam was about an inch below the top of the cup. Below the foam there was barely any liquid. Probably not even an inch deep of drink. I showed the first worker. He couldn’t have cared less and told the lady closest to him. Then two ladies tried to convince me this is normal for a cappuccino as if it was my first time ordering one and I didn’t know what I was talking about. They finally offered to remake it but I didn’t have time. I dropped the couple of swallows of drink in the trash and left. Nearly $6 in the trash.

My coffee was overpriced and weak for a triple espresso. I was there a half hour before close to get reacquainted with a friend from 35 years ago and have a coffee. We were asked to leave long before my coffee was gone “because they were closing”. Not a problem if everyone was treated the same way, but that was not the case. I felt discriminated against as we were asked to leave but customers whose race matched the employee on duty were not even approached about leaving or the impending closure. I won’t be returning to this location.
