A new worker greeted us and did a respectable job trying to service my unruly family with requests for doughnuts that were not on display. All in all, it was a great location that was worth an extra 20 minutes added to our trip to get breakfast before heading back north from the beach.

Decided to go into the store since there was a long drive thru. The store was very dirty. There was spilled coffee and napkins in the entrance. Crumbs in the beverage and sitting area. We waited for 20min for a medium iced coffee. Five people walked out after no one attended them. The employees didn’t even bother to greet anyone. There were at least seven employees and all looked like they were avoiding the front of the store.

Manager rude and confrontational when a last second request made on a drink. It was just a simple request for an addition to the drink. No need for a condescending “Next time you order you need to blah blah blah.” The previous time we ordered from this same store there was an employee making sure to ask questions about the product. But not today. Whoever this manager is needs to be fired. Customer service needs a serious upgrade.

Dunkin Donuts you need to cut your grass. Your establishment looks very dirty from the outside as I only drove bye. I would hate to see what the inside looks like. I have been a Customer for years. I have never had a good experience at this dunkin. You’re lucky if when you go they even have donuts available. the service is always rude or just lost and don’t care, I already know if I mobile order a food item I will have to remind them at the window because they will always forget it, you always have to ask for a straw for your drink, and there’s been times they hand the drink completely dirty and sticky. Please dunkin hire a new manager.

Please save your time and money, we ordered an iced mocha and cappuccino and we got watered down bitter coffee and 2%milk. I usually try to find at least 3 good things from places I visit. The only thing good here was the drive through customer service and the donut. I chose not to go back for a refund because I didn’t have time.

Went inside cause drive thru was closed. the store was very dirty that u couldn’t even seat down cause it was disgusting floor looked gross, tables dirty and the seats were sticky, trash overflowing it was just disgusting and it’s sad cause the coffee is great.

This store really needs new management. Every time I go the coffee taste burnt or to sweet and I have yet to get a fresh donut. They are always hard. It’s sad because I love dunkin donuts! This is the first dunkin donuts that I’ve had these experiences in the years of being a customer.
