I stopped in on my way to Tennessee for a bite today and one of the hostess, Emma was very helpful and polite! One of the nicest employee’s I’ve ever met. Emma, bless her heart told me how pretty I was and how young I looked! Definitely knows the way to a woman’s heart. 10/10 experience and definitely would come again…that is if I ever come by Mooresvillle. Recommended this place to a few other friends of mine!!

We arrived knowing the power outage situation. We walked in and were told CARD ONLY! 3 TIMES!!! we asked again and again to double check. We were good with using card. We sat down, got our drinks, and then find out it is CASH ONLY! We told the manager that we were told card only multiple times when we came in and the hostess/waitress proceeded to LIE! She claimed she told us cash only. WRONG! We have 4 adults and a child in our group and all 4 adults confirmed we were told card only. They lost our business and I hope that waitress/hostess has the rest of the day she deserves because her customer service skills are horrible!!!

We were the only customers. Took over 35 minutes to get basic food. Some of which was forgotten. Skimpy on the toppings for all our pancakes. People walking in to ORDER take out and was getting there food first. waitress was in back corner on her phone while we were out of tea for the majority of time we were eating.

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at an IHOP. Our server was sweet. Half our food never came, our drinks were never filled. My poor son stated this is worst experience he has ever had. Our table was dirty, my drink glass had white flour like substance on it. No napkins, no silverware. Our waitress went to the kitchen to ask about the pancakes and was told that they were already given to her. They weren’t. Our meal still cost $64 after they took a discount and the only reason I payed was to get the hell out of there. There is only one station for the wait staff to put orders in. This restaurant could be more functional. The person at the door went to the bathroom more than 3 times, while twirling her hair in the time we were there. You can’t even use the excuse of short staff. There were not many tables filled and 2 left after waiting to give their order. This is unacceptable. IHOP in Mooresville.

Absolutely the worst IHOP experience I’ve had at any I hop and it’s been more than a couple occasions! The staff is very rude and disorganized. Today I made an online pickup order because every time I go in the store even with them having minimum customers the service remains the same. When I got my food a item was missing which really isn’t a surprise due to the fact they can’t even remember to put syrup in the bag! when I called and spoke to Kimberly she was very aggressive, and unprofessional! I was told that the order was in the bag and she literally watched someone bag it up but couldn’t tell me if it was an online order or door dash order! Go figure! After 10 minutes of debating I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was the manager! Sadly this is the only I hop near this location if you can avoid it please do! The lack of customer service and complete disregard for their customers is worth a trip to Kannapolis.

As soon as I walked in, there was a hostess and her name is Emma. She was very rude and I could tell she has ZERO experience in customer service. She does not take her job seriously and was talking smack about another coworker. Of course, we called her out in a very respectful way and her response to that was a threat. Her exact words were “before i knock him out” Very disrespectful young lady and of course she did not apologize for her actions. When we asked for her name she would not give it to us. That just goes to show she knew she was in the wrong!!!! Very horrible experience… she does not deserve this job!!!!!!

To go order set for 9am. We like ordering pick up so that we can pick up and go with our child. Hard to explain to him why he can’t eat yet even though we have been waiting on food that was supposed to be ready. Currently 950 and nothing ready. If I hadn’t paid online I would have left. Not a sorry for your wait or for the inconvenience. Pathetic Waiting 50 minutes after pick up time to finally get food. Get it together!
