My bowl was literally almost all rice. They forgot my cheese and all you can taste is salt. There was no flavor. Also my chips were chewy!! Also the fajita veggies were crunchy and almost raw. The onions were definitely raw.

DONT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. I go to Chipotle 1-2x per week, and this one is consistently the worst. Not only that, but they for some reason are more expensive than all the other Chipotles. But they really did it this time by making me spend $9.20 on a burrito the size of a Roku remote. There are a lot of Chipotles in the area. I encourage you to choose another one.

Small portions! Staff seems short customers on the meat compared to other Chipotle location s. This seems to be pretty consistent so I think this is a management and training issue.

The online order didn’t allow me to clarify to switch spoons due to allergies- I tried calling but the automated system wouldn’t let me connect to the store. I rushed to try to beat the order but they had just packed it.

Just ordered a big order from this place and they messed up majority of our order and they also forgot the guacs on the bowls and as you know they charge extra for those. Called them to get PARTIAL REFUND on items they forgot and messed up and they refuse to do so. I think what we asked is fair considering 3 bowls went to waste and not to mention they forgot so much items.

Orders from here are consistently wrong or missing items. I’ve pretty much stopped going to Chipotle because the amount of money we’ve lost at this location. I tried calling to let someone know my order was wrong, was given a credit on my next order. When I went to redeem my credit, I was given another incorrect order. Missing items can range from chips to the apple juice that’s supposed to come with my sons meal, to full kids quesadilla. It’s just never right, and there seems to be no answer, so we’ve just given up. It’s amazing how not long ago, Chipotle was the gold standard. Now, they can’t seem to figure how to melt cheese on a kids quesadilla.

Solid location. Got tacos and a bowl for pickup through the app and both were great. Tried the al pastor chicken for the first time and it was nice and smoky.

I enjoy Chipotle but don’t like the up charge to the extent of what it is for Guacamolé. I do understand the increased cost but at 1/4 of the total cost seems too much to me. Having said that the last time I was there, their computer system was down and even though I ordered ahead of time and was there just to pick up I had to redo everything

Third time I’ve gone here and had them lose a quarter of the food I paid for when rolling it. Why charge me for guac if I lose half of it in the tortilla you threw out when I explicitly said double wrapped is fine?

Is clear that the people working here are not having a good time at work. I definitely will not be returning even though it’s only six minutes from my house and I’m new to the area. I’m a pretty easy going go with the flow type of individual so writing a review of this nature is not typical for me. The main issue with my visit is the lack of customer service displayed from all of the line individuals. I asked for a vegetarian burrito with a side of rice and beans. The first guy I ask for extra rice be out because I only get rice beans and salsa. Each scoop was a fourth of the spoon so I asked him three times do you add more rice. Once he was done With the hot items a young lady stepped up to continue with the salsa. The young lady did not acknowledge me and just began to put sauces on to my burrito which I guess is fine because she heard me speaking to the other line member telling him what sauces I wanted. I asked for vinaigrette inside of my burrito and she seemed as if it was an issue to ask for such a request and told the other line person who originally was helping me that they do not typically do that for burritos. As a previous Chipotle employee I know this is some thing that is asked for. I’m not sure if Chipotle is changing its direction with service but it’s really giving McDonald’s! After she was done with my order she very sloppily wrapped my burrito when I open the burrito contents were falling out salsa was everywhere and it was just over messy. Last name the cashier didn’t really look up at me which was very strange as I was looking at him I did ask him if he was having an OK day he said he was fine so I’m not sure but whenever making any type of business transaction I would definitely expect a person to at least glance at me. Upon leaving I noticed in my bag I did not have the side of rice and beans that I had asked for nor did I have the side of vinaigrette that I asked for and due to the uncomfortable nature of my visit I did not want to remind the staff to provide me with the items. my overall experience was uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
