I placed an order for two long hotdogs with mustard ketchup and grilled onions and one tiny hotdog with ketchup and onions. All of them had mustered. Instead all of them were messy with most of the toppings on one side of the dog. I called and they agreed to remake them but blamed me for them being messed up. When I went to pick up the replacement food they wouldn’t even give me a bag because according to them that’s how I messed up the first order. Attached is how the made the replacements and only 2 of them were replaced. Neither of them fixing the hotdog that was supposed to not have mustard.

Sonic was not busy, but I was asked to hold atleast 5 minutes before ordering. I waited about 10 minutes for my food. I ordered a medium strawberry shake and an order of cheddar peppers. The peppers were inedible and the shake was ice cream with strawberry puree on top. It wasn’t even blended

Came for the Crave burger amazed by the onion rings. I got the new double crave burger with added bacon and jalapenos and a side of onion rings. The crave burger was as amazing as expected. I rarely get onion rings any where but I will get these more often. Nice amount of onion to batter ratio while being fresh and crispy. The burger was fresh and delicious as well. Juicy meat patties with the right amount of sauce and dressed with a fair amount of lettuce and tomato as to not over do it. I used the app to order and checked in when I arrived. Service was fast and courteous. Very impressed.

Beautiful Genius
Wanted to grab something sweet for the family before heading back home, but I was highly disappointed! First off, the outdoor lights weren’t on so I almost passed up the establishment. Secondly, the time was 10:48 P.M and the lady on the intercom stated “we’re closed”. This location needs some serious leadership from corporate management because why advertise you’re open until 11 PM, if you’re not going to serve your customers?

It took 7 minutes to even be acknowledged after arriving AS THE ONLY CAR THERE. It was evident the staff was playing on their phones and carrying on instead of carrying out any responsibilities. After an additional 8 minutes for the order to arrive, it was incorrect.

This has been the worst sonic I’ve been too… I ordered what was supposed to be a “Super sonic breakfast burrito” shown in the first and second pic and a sausage burrito for my daughter,shown in the third pic… I would be embarrassed to serve this to my customers… They need to change the name “Super sonic breakfast burrito” to “Super small breakfast burrito”! This visit was on may 14th… I did go on may 7th also with with the same bad experience, with not only a very small amount of food in the burrito, they did not add hash browns inside the burrito, they brought four packs of ketchup in place of salsa which I ask for… you might be asking yourself why did I go back even with the bad experience the prior weekend well it was because my car hop Thomas was so nice and friendly I decided to try again but that was a mistake… I don’t see myself ever going back to this Sonic and I will be sure to tell friends and family to avoid this one if possible…
