TERRIBLE costumer service, I walked in with my emotional support baby kitten in my arms to place a to go (bc the app wasn’t working) an older lady proceed to tell me to step back because of the cat (which is totally understandable) I tried to apologize and explain the situation and she proceed to rudely cut me off and started raising her voice, verbally rushing me while I was ordering so she could “get me out of there right now” as she said. The only professional worker was the gentlemen in the cashier section, who even helped me gather napkins and a fork so I wouldn’t get in more trouble with his coworker. I understand that as food place sanity policies are important, however the attitude and manners they treated us with was totally disgusting and UNNECESARY, specially when I’ve witnessed costumers walking in the restaurant with big dogs. My emotional support animal had never been discriminated at any El Paso chipotle location before. Definitely everyone should just save their time and go to another location.

Your night manager is very rude, he stood on the side of the register with his arms cross just staring at me with a mean look making things uncomfortable. He was rude and very disrespectful. Very unprofessional especially sense I’m a chef. This was on a week day. He’s young and has a lot to learn should not be a manager.

I am a regular and only go to this location and have never had a problem until today. I had received horrible service from the gentleman in glasses making the online orders. I had placed an order and received confirmation that it was ready but when I went to pick it up it wasn’t on the shelf. I saw this worker making an order my size and asked him if it was mine bc it wasn’t on the shelf and I also had a question about the QR code on the app for next time. He very bluntly interrupted and told me not it’s “Mathew’s” and that the QR code was “out of his control”. That’s fine no problem, I pull out my app to show him then he walked away without saying anything. I assumed maybe he was getting help but came back later and started making food again so I step back thinking it was mine. It wasn’t he called me over a few minutes later asking for my name and I sat down. About 7 minutes passes I see other people picking up their orders as I see 3 bowls on the counter. I’m watching as I see him leave the counter and start working on the cash register while another lady does the take out. She finally finishes the other orders then packs the bowls and leaves the bag there. That’s when I got up and asked if those were mine and she lets me know that she’s not sure bc she didn’t make them so I ask the man who I spoke to and he comes up to me and says my name back to me very rudely like I was wasting his time. I say thank you and walk out bc I was starving at this point and just wanted to eat. Then I get home and my food is freezing . I wasn’t going to write this review because I understand how it is to work in restaurant/fast food environment but too much happened and my food I spent $30 was cold. Avoid this location.
