I love coming to any Buffalo Wild Wings as we travel all over, and this one by far had the best service from our server Emma! I had to write a review to acknowledge her, Emma! Very professional and she had great product knowledge and recommendations on the food and drinks, which I tried new items I never had and enjoyed it so thank you for service! Need more customer service professional servers or she needs to be leading and training rest of staff!

This was our second time eating from this location. The first time was take out and our food was HORRIBLE. Tonight was our second time, the food was better… but the service was HORRIBLE. My s/o and I travel around a lot and eat out a lot. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had together! Our waitress was Beckah, once we sat down she came over within about 5 minutes for our drink and appetizer order… this puts us around 8:05pm. By the time we got our drinks it was 8:15, set them on the table and promptly walked away. 8:25 rolls around and we got our appetizer (mozzarella sticks), she then took our order, wings, burger, and wings to go! When my s/o decided his drink really was just not made well, instead of just not being mixed well, he wanted something else. We had to flag her down(literally), to tell her the drink was not good and we wanted something else. She got us that new drink, by the time we got our food is was 8:40, we ate dinner and around 9:05 we flagged her down, again… We asked about our to go order, she looked panicked and said she would go check on it.. She then came back and made some excuse of it not being done because she was waiting on us to tell her we were ready for it.. We ordered it when we ordered our food so we could grab everything and go when we were done.. after being ignored again, we flagged her down to ask for another Pepsi while we waited, at around 9:25 she came over and we asked for the check. When she brought It over I checked it to make sure the first drink was removed, it wasn’t. I then asked her to remove it and was told she didn’t think she could removed it because he drank some of it (less then a 1/4 of it). I told her to go talk to someone about it being removed because we weren’t paying $10 for a drink we didn’t drink. Around 9:35 we finally were leaving. As I said, this was the worst experience we’ve had with a waitress. Unfortunately, we will probably not be visiting this location again.

Couldn’t even get in the door good and the manager told our party of 11 he couldn’t accommodate us. There were 5 people in the restaurant total sitting down at 1:15 in the afternoon. So disappointing. Our group was traveling and just wanted a decent meal. Had to travel another few minutes into town to be appropriately accommodated.

We came to this location on a last minute trip for my husbands birthday. We’re from Texas and let me tell you, it was surprisingly not packed. Which I actually enjoyed. Our server was great, the drinks were perfect and the wings were fresh.

I had ordered a pickup for traditional wings with two different sauces. When I went to pick it up, it was not done so I waited few minutes. The asian zing wings was really good but the mango habanero wings were cold and very hard to chew. They may have served pre made wings, I am not sure but they were definitely not freshly made. Disappointed!

I never write reviews but this experience was warranted, currently sitting in Jayla’s section and she was rude right off the bat. We got the wrong order which was cold even though it had just come out and asked for her to come over and were ignored, had to ask another server to grab her. We were mid sentence telling her what we had actually ordered when she just walked off and started ignoring us and tending to her other tables. Server finally brought our original order out and she dropped it half on top of another plate and walked away without another word. 0/10.
