Second Sunday in a row that I ordered with the app. Both orders, the service was horrible. When I arrived for pickup the app tracker said my orders were already picked up, yet my orders weren’t even in the oven. When I finally picked up my first order and returned home I found out that I didn’t get chili flakes or parmagan and the extra garlic butters that I purchased. But they sure make you sign for order and want a top. Ha, no more tips from me until service gets better. Seems to me since post covid service has really suffered everywhere. Such a shame.

I received an order that I did not place online. I called papa johns and the gentlemen repeated what he had saw on their end of the order and I told him that it was incorrect that they had forgotten the pizza and just sent a big box of breadsticks with other items such as wings that I did order. He got me over to his manager immediately. I then explained to him what had happened and he said that they would immediately start working on the pizza and get it to me as fast as they could. I can tell you this much with this kind of service from now on I will only order Papa Johns pizza. Thank you for excellent customer service. That is something that most business has forgotten about (Dominoes)

Ordered by telephone the same order I had last time. Super Hawaiian & the works. No pineapple very little ham. The works did not have the works. I called the manager, no customer service but an extremely bad attitude. Stood in a single long line for both pick up & to order for 15 minutes. To pick up pizza & it was cold by the time we got to pick it up. Got home & it wasn’t what we ordered. I was told by the manager to bring pizza in so she could see it. Like she didn’t believe me. Not going to stand in line another 15 to 30 minutes when they messed up. Do not go here, no customer service.!!! Pizza was so screwed up & no resolve at all. Bummer!!!!!!!!

Long story short, I found a person’s fingernail in my pizza… I thought it was plastic I’m my mouth. Until I picked it out. I called the manager, just be to aware of the situation. That’s it. I didn’t want no refund nor free pizza. I’m done ordering Papa johns at this point. The manager denied me ordering from there looking on there computer. And hung up on me. At least say ill talk to the employees! Grossed out still..

Did an order online for a free pizza. Was told 30 to 40 mins. On my mobile it said pizza was being made, next baked. It took 30 mins for PJ to prepare my pizza. I called and the manager told me the delivery time was an hour. I told him it would’ve been nice if they could post it online for us to see. He told me they were sorry about the delivery time. I said ok. Now comes the problem. I did not realize that their delivery drivers ask for their tips. That came as a complete surprise to me. Tip was based on when it took to make it to the time it left the store. Then how the delivery driver presented herself. Failed from preparing onward. Never ordering from PJ again. Bad service and worse employees.

First of all I I was standing on my front lawn, homeboy pushed past me to “ring” the doorbell I’m right here! Then he pulled out the order and literally everything was upside down. Exceptionally rude. Like he should not be delivering anything to anyone ever. He got a little froggy with me. Threatening me because he turned it upside down. This dude should be in the pen but he’s delivering pizzas. I wouldn’t suggest them ever again.
