absolutely unacceptable management. i am furious with what i just witnessed today. the head manager (AJ) was interviewing a young man and being SO INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL to him, disgusting. the young man being interviewed was very uncomfortable and could not get his words out clearly. i overheard AJ tell the man that he “shouldn’t work here if you can’t speak.” very unprofessional. grow up.

Busy place but adequate room to line up for drive thru. Service was accurate and pleasant. Food was good. Bill was $32 and change for 2 Spicy chicken sandwich combos and a large chili with medium soda. A bit too pricey for me so will not do often, others use to dining out may be familiar with todays prices.

They were so friendly and helpful at the drive thru. We bought 3 kid Frosty’s and the cashier told me about the B1G1 free deal for Frosty’s next time. Which I thought was very nice of him. Service was quick too. Thank you!!

This Wendy’s is run very poorly. We were there yesterday 6/4/23 around 1pm and the line was to the door. People were leaving. Poor Paula is by herself trying to do the customers at the register and the mobile app/delivery service orders at the same time. The Mgr or who i think was the Mgr (was in a black shirt) was working the drive through and not offering any help herself or moving employees where needed. The other employees in the back just looking at the line and giggling. One employee was just looking at the fry baskets so she wouldn’t have to look at the customers i think. C’mon man. You might need to multitask when you are busy. They were out of soda too? Really?

This is the absolute slowest level of service I’ve ever experienced at a “fast” food restaurant. I stopped in at 4:30 and waited over 15 minutes for a mobile to-go order that I placed in advance. I was not acknowledged by the general staff and didn’t receive any communication about the long wait, despite the restaurant not appearing busy. The employees made eye contact with me and literally stared me down despite it being clear that I was waiting in the pickup area for a mobile order. After several minutes of waiting, I asked about the status of my order and the cashier simply took the receipt, walked away and placed it on another counter without saying a word to me. I see why they’re hiring because the staff they have is absolutely terrible. It wasn’t until a manager came out that my order finally came out, and to his credit- he gave me a medium sized drink instead of the small I ordered for the inconvenience. I get that this is a Wendy’s and people might not care about their jobs, but a 15+ minute wait for NO real REASON is just ridiculous. I’d literally go anywhere else. Order placed at 4:24 and not received until 4:41. I also asked for NO ice and.. e cup was literally filled with the largest cubes I’ve seen commercially.

Just went through the drive thru. Got a chicken wrap meal, plus single sandwich and chocolate frosty. No spoon for frosty. Started eating fresh as we drove home. Got home and NO burger at all.

PSA these were all through door dash. I ordered two meals with a large sprite and bottle water. I got one of the meals and no drinks. I messaged my driver and she said the manager said that was the entire order bc she asked if that was everything. I get a refund THROUGH DOOR DASH and try again for my order. I order my meal the same exact way. I received two large drinks none of which were mine and no food. I ended up not eating tonight bc they couldnt get my order right or even close. Both drivers said the manager gave them everything that was in the order and both said it was the same “Indian man”. I have come here five times and have this issue three times now. Very unhappy.
