Update. For once they had their online ordering turned on (NOT). We ordered and checked in through the app. Sat there for 20 minutes, pushed the button to see what was going on, and they said DRIVE THRU ONLY. Uh, we already ordered and checked in. Also, DayQuil on full display in their window. Love that.

Hi! Understaffed so only drive thru. Trashes overflowing. Pay .30cents for extra cherries per milkshake and they forgot then brought me 1 cherry for each shake. The cup costs more than the cherry they supplied. What is life!? I’m so annoyed cause I baked in my car for 30 mins waiting and then they got it wrong and then I waited longer then I got ONE EXTRA CHERRY! Whhhhyyyyyyy Is this like this?!

For some reason every time I come an hour and a half to an hour before they close, they always turn off their ice cream machine. When I pull through the drive-through, I am greeted with hello just to let you know our ice cream machine is already off for the night, if you’re going to be a business and be open between certain hours, you should be able to serve your full menu during those hours. Besides that this location has been operating at random hours other then those listed online.

I pulled into the stall to order and was told they are only doing drive through service, no problem. (even though there were 6 other cars waiting in stalls) I thought maybe they were short staffed. I go to the drive through only to be told that my order was not being made “at this time of day”. It was 6:30pm, dinner time. I asked when they stopped serving my item and they could not tell me and they seemed very inconvenienced by my question/presence. Driving out of the parking lot I saw 3 sonic employees sitting at the drive through window talking to one another. No customer in the stalls had been served by the time I left. If you are this franchise owner, I do not believe you will be in business much longer if the employees are refusing to cook/serve food.

What happened to this location??? Never any car service at the stalls. Drive through takes forever. The couple of people that are working act like customers are an imposition. The last time I went I was told the cook didn’t show up so they were only serving drinks. Ok … enough! The service never returned after COVID. Seems to be worse by the day. Sad, because I miss being able to frequent Sonic.

I’m a regular here. It used to be a fantastic sonic. Now it’s barely passable as a restaurant. Opens late. No drinks one day, no ice another, only drinks one day, most days only drive through. Hardly ever more than 2 employees at a time. I don’t know what’s happening but I don’t see how they can stay open much longer.

There in not enough employees here so you can’t sit at the stall and order your food you can only use the drive though and even at that the wait on anything ordered is LONG!!!!!! Not the employees fault however none of them seem to have a sense of urgency to get the orders out either. At least the one’s I have seen working.

On Sat noon, 7/22/23, found curbside closed, drive thru order speaker not working, d-t card reader broken, and could not make shakes, something broken. Past visits, orders tend to be off, like wrong flavor shake, added ketchup when req mustard, etc.
