I have attempted to purchase food at this location over 10 times in the last month. 8 of the times the store was not opened after 2-3 hours after the opening time. One time I finally got someone to answer the door and they told my the cook never showed up. It was 3 hours after it was supposed to open. I asked for a manager and he told me that they weren’t here yet. Then today I was going to try for my last time and it was opened but it was 4 hours after opening. Went to order and they told me they didn’t have my first or second choice of food. I have given this place plenty of chances. Never going back or recommending this store to anyone. Very poorly ran and managed. It a shame that this establishment has a lot of problems, considering it’s fairly new.

If you’re gonna close over an hour early, at least turn your mobile orders OFF, because I showed up to locked doors, with chairs on the tables; alongside another man and we were both told that you’re closed. We weren’t offered a solution, we weren’t offered our money back. I was charged $25 and walked away with nothing, so I’d like my money back! ⚠️

Really loved this location. All of the girls working were simply pleasant and efficient without seeming rushed or bust. It didnt feel like a fast food experience. It felt like an upscale restaurant . The selections were delicious and fresh as well. Favorite panda express by far 🙂

Visited after landing in CO. Food was great, had everything we were looking for and dining area was clean. Sam the cashier was very friendly and even recommended the Art Museum to us since it was our first time visiting. We’ll be back!

The workers did not even fill the boxes of my family pack 3/4 of the way full. Despite trying to communicate with the workers, they continuously refused to fill the boxes. The workers looked uninterested and were impolite despite our kind behavior. We simply asked for a full box. My experience here has been less than adequate.

I have been here multiple times during business hours and they were closed due to “short staff”. This has been the case 4 times over the last 3 months. Usually they will keep the drive thru open which is great if you didn’t walk there. If you make it to the drive thru don’t get to excited because they probably don’t have what you want or it’s on “back order”. When you finally get something it’s probably lukewarm from sitting under a heat lamp

I’m very disappointed in the meal I received today. I ordered a medium beef and broccoli, entree only. There were 4 tiny slices of beef in my meal! The broccoli had already sprouted yellow flowers on the tops. The carton was on its side in the bag I received and the top was open, spilling my entree into the bag. Interestingly enough, only a few drops of liquid spilled into the bag along with the broccoli as there was almost no sauce of any kind on my entree. It was so terribly bland and dry. Sad.

I want to recognize the team of three handling the dinner crowd tonight. As a small business owner who lives in the neighborhood, I give high fives to the entire team. Even though we had to wait longer than desired, the service was great. I would hire any of the three employees. I’m not sure if this is a corporate or franchised ran restaurant, but whoever should be ashamed of their leadership.

Another review for portions. I’m not sure if this direction is from corporate or if the employees just don’t want to have to make more food during a shift…their portions are insulting and pitiful, like another reviewer mentioned. It has happened to us numerous times and it’s no longer a one off thing. Please fix this.
