I love this new location. Staff is very nice, polite and friendly. They ways have good suggestions for making new variations of their already delicious sandwiches. Also the only JM location i know of with a drive through. Only downside is the cost but I’m willing to pay that occasionally for what i get.

Wonderful experience every time! Great customer service and fresh food. Great price for the amount of food you get. Absolutely a great addition to Hastings, MN. The atmosphere is wonderful and the dining room is always clean. Fast and friendly service and they get to know you as a person along with getting to know what you like to order. I would recommend eating in or going through the drive-thru. We know every time we go to Jersey Mike’s in Hastings we’re going to come out happy and full. Keep up the great work Jersey Mike’s in Hastings!

Got the big kahuna and it was mainly a big flop. My sandwich fell apart instantly when I picked it up, the bottom bun almost nonexistent as it was so soggy. I’m holding the bottom bun in the picture below. And WAY too much stuff on that sub, it was not very good. There were way too many jalapeños (compared to meat & other ingredients) I understand it’s supposed to be spicy and that’s what I wanted but it it was mainly inedible. All I ate was the top bun after it collapsed since there was also barely any cheese on the top bun, just a soggy glop of meat, peppers & mushroom. I wouldn’t of been so bad if it was extremely soggy and just impossible to pick up & eat. The contents of the sandwich leaked out of the bag and this overall was a bad experience. The associates working there were okay, kept getting confused and the communication wasn’t the best but that wasn’t really a problem. I’ve gotten this sub in the past and it has never been this wet & soggy before. For a $12 sub to fall apart like this within seconds of eating it is a big pass for me. You can’t even distinguish where the bread is because it fell apart so much. Sorry Jersey Mike’s. But this is embarassing

Ate here the other night for the first time ever at a Jersey Mike’s. Staff were incredible they were super busy and moving the line along. The wait was a bit but understandable with all the hit sandwich orders. Definitely worth the wait. Will be back very soon.
