Don’t order mobile from this location. You are last priority when they get busy. They will make all sandwiches that order in-person ahead of you and then act like they don’t know what you are talking about when you ask kindly about the timing. Waited up to 30 minutes for two cold sandwiches while 10 customers ordered in person and were given immediate priority and sandwiches made in 2-3 minutes. This isn’t the first time at this location either. Go to the one on Telegraph instead. Much better at servicing customers in the correct order.

The subs are good and I like that they now have vegetarian options and tuna. But this store doesn’t answer the phone or take phone orders even though the outgoing message says, “Your call is important to us, your call will be answered in the order it was received. Please continue to hold.” and makes you think they’ll pick up soon.

It is rare I post a negative review, but here goes..I visited this location last night (4/11) at around 8pm.There was 2 team members behind the counter. A tall young man in a mask..He had slightly longer black hair on top but trim on the sides. He was rude.Very short, he seemed angry and it showed. The ordering experience was uncomfortable.The young lady that rung us up was also just not engaged at all.We walked out after receiving our food and just to be sure we hadn’t imagined the service, asked the next customer who walked out if it was a bit hostile feeling for him too.He agreed immediately. I would probably not go back inside this location if I saw them behind the counter again. And I love Jersey Mikes tuna sub, so that would make me sad.

I like their subs alot! But this place had service that was below -1 on a scale of 0-10. There was one person ahead of me and FIVE employees standing there doing nothing except ignoring me for almost 15′. All I did was patiently ask for a #6 after ten minutes of waiting on the person ahead of me. I don’t know if she was getting a custom sandwich (it seemed that way as she was mixing up different meat combos I didn’t see on the menu). Regardless, it doesn’t take 15′ to make a sandwich when you have 5 people standing around. I just left. Who needs their B’s. I ate at Chipotle next door and it was good. Not going back to Mike’s

Great sandwiches, helpful staff that make it just the way I want it (NOT Mike’s way). Good quality food, though a bit pricey. Long lines at lunchtime & after work, but the employees are great & work as quickly as they can, to get everything done in a timely fashion (gotta say I feel sorry for these guys, they DESERVE to be well tipped!)

Quality of food is still good, but they don’t know how to make a food sandwich. They also aren’t the same type of employees as before. They are rude, filthy, and don’t care about the customers. This time an employee was literally throwing things around. He also threw out a huge piece of swiss cheese like it was nothing. With everything going up in price, food waste is only going to make it even worse. There is no way to get ahold of the owner either.

Love this place but my gosh was it burning in there. No AC! Employees said that gross management won’t fix it. They deserve better. No minimum wage job is worth working these nasty conditions. Almost passed out in there.

Fantastic quality but with online orders taking priority the lines can be up to 20 minutes to even order and during rush times my orders often have mistakes. The location is too small to accommodate separate set up areas for in person and online orders.
