Obtuse Acute
Panda Express is an absolute joke and a complete rip off. Go to Japanese Teriyaki literally right next door, you’ll at least get your money’s worth there. Chicken is so cheap on the market right now. I don’t understand why they skimp you. Just avoid it if you actually want a decent portion.

Joshua S at the Panda Express #0884 in Olympia WA. The most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen working at an establishment like this. Uncalled for, was talking to my sister about what I’m thinking to get, and he (assumed he tried speaking under his breath bc he was quiet but we heard) said “tell it to me” in a sarcastic way, rather than being patient and waiting for me to order. That’s his job.

15 minutes after eating there i got severe cramps, and was stopping for a rest room for the next 3 hrs. Relieving my self of food that wouldn’t stay in me. The clue should have been that there was nobody on line when I got there at lunch time, and I still had to settle for what was left in the buffet plates. For some reason they don’t cook fresh food until everything is empty. Leaving a small variety to choose from. Any good food service would know what sells and have it ready for other customers once it’s gone empty . So save yourself the agony . Don’t eat here. There are so many places to eat where you won’t wind up getting sick, and the food is kept fresh and ready to sell and eat.

If I was the area manager for this store I’d be redirecting the manager to either be on line during a rush or get it staffed! I’ve been here 2x today to pick up Doordash. Tiasha was present and running the line by herself while there were multiple customers and delivery. The sad part is that there were other employees in the back and no-one came out to help her! She deserves a reward and a raise for her work today!

On my recent visit at Panda Express (#0884) here in Olympia, WA, I just want to warn customers that when you ordered a bottled water and they give you tap water using their Panda cup, they will not charge you for the water but they will charge you $2.20 for their cup like they did to me. When I contacted their Guest Relations department I was told that this info is correct. However, they said that the cashier must first let you know that they will charge for the Panda cup not the tap water which they did not do when I was there. I only found out about the charge after I checked my receipt.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered from door dash and I received a pile of nothing but green beans with 2 pieces of chicken in my plate. I ordered string bean chicken. Also our bowl had 4 small pieces of Old hard orange chicken. Hopefully a manager will get back to me and make things right.
