If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to wait 45 minutes for my curbside pick up. They never brought it out so I went in and was handed a tiny crumpled brown bag. When I said it was too light she stated she was not the one to prepare the order. I told her the 10 piece wings were missing and large fries. She looked at the receipt and proceeded making an order. I looked inside the bag and discovered two tiny sandwiches with smashed meat pieces. Pictures will be provide so you be a judge of it. In my opinion those workers are bad representation of the business. I understand they work hard but that was bad especially when they tried to scam me out of half my order. Plus, sandwiches didn’t even have pickles or onion. The lady gave it to me separately.

The staff were friendly enough but were unprofessional. The cook was more interested in getting the Instagram girl in the restaurant than taking my order. The fries were good but my chicken sandwich wasn’t even cooked and was cold. I won’t be going again

I am not one to leave reviews, but this was necessary. The people working in this establishment are very unprofessional, borderline unwelcoming, and very cruel. I wish I was emphasizing and being dramatic but they were. The man working at the meat section named James was very cruel and insensitive about my first time experience coming to this franchise. They had messed up my order for the first time and I went to go back to receive it, after patiently waiting for 15 minutes which I did not mind since I observed that they had seemed to be understaffed and the staff working were my age, so I was choosing to be sympathetic and even smile, despite LOSING my father today due to cancer.

The food was good I got the to 2 meat plate slice brisket and chopped brisket I also added a rib. I’ll start with the red the red fell off the bone it was tasty the brisket was a slight dry however I didn’t have any barbecue sauce I think they forgot that part so I’m not able to tell you about the barbecue sauce but the brisket was decent the ribs amazing. I went in on July 14th around 7:30 p.m. outstanding customer. I will go back and I will recommend anyone to go check them out.

The ladies here could use a customer service class on friendliness, but I guess that comes with the territory when offering fast service. I like that they also offer military discount, so two pluses. I got the pulled pork sandwich meal and it was pretty okay. The macaroni and cheese wasn’t all that great, but the potato salad was better. However, I didn’t like the huge chunks of potatoes that was rather steamed than mushy cooked. Will not be trying this place again, but it was worth trying for one night.

1 star is being nice, I would have given 0 if it were an option. My service was horrible. The kid at the counter started my order and was moving on the slower side, then a guy from the back comes out to check on him and has him stop in the middle of my order, to take care of the online orders instead of just helping him complete the order he already started. The kid at the counter was obviously overwhelmed and his coworker offered no help, just barked at him. So what should have taken maybe 20-30 minutes took almost an hour! After all of that we still didn’t get all the food we ordered. We should have just left but we didn’t, everyone was set on having BBQ, we came a little ways to have Dickies and it was the worst experience I had so far.

News & Shenanigans
This is the fourth time they messed up my order of a loaded potato. I’m so disappointed because my first order was perfect and it hasn’t been the same. Today half of my potato was rotten and there was no green onions or extra cheese, the chicken was thrown on top and the whole order tasted disgusting. Not to mention they forgot to put utensils in the bag.

Sliced brisket meal came with potato salad and coleslaw. The dinner roll was sweet and salty and dense. The coleslaw was perfect and the potato salad was just like my mom used to make. The mild sauce is a little spicy but they gave me plenty of meat to spread it thinner. The Grub Hub driver was super polite!

I know Dickey’s you love them or hate them. I like them but I feel in love with this one. The people were very very nice to me and very welcoming once I stepped in the door. If your going to go to a Dickey’s BBQ this is the one. The food was good too lol.
