I love Moe’s. The only reason I keep coming back to this location is because it’s the closest one to me. There’s not another one for another 20 miles from me and it’s not worth the drive. I go in hopes this one employee isn’t working but it seems like I have no luck. It’s a shame because I’ve even taken the time to mention it in a nice way to the owners. This heavy set young black man is always dirty, sweaty and you can clearly see has poor hygiene. His dreads are lose, his sweat drips down his face and he wipes using the same hands he preps our food with. If he uses the register he removes one glove, charges the customer and puts the same used glove back on. He’ll touch the food with no gloves on when packaging it up or flipping it on the grill and this is even after adjusting his glasses or cleaning his sweat. He doesn’t change his gloves when needed and if he uses them at all at times. I don’t understand how this is acceptable. There doesn’t seem to be standards by the owners. Especially addressing this with them as a paying customer. Do they not do inspections here? I truly wish the owners best of luck because they’re very sweet but if they want to succeed and keep their business open they need to do better with their standards. The place wasn’t even busy and tables needed to be wiped down and the place needed to be cleaned over all. There were flies flying near the food line and there were no tops on a lot of the items. Come on, do better! You can’t wonder why you fail if you don’t have better standards and listen to the customer feedback. We’re the ones keeping you open. Good luck!

Went in for a bowl and they had no chicken or steak ready. How can you run out of the main ingredient’s at 4pm? When you see it running low start cooking more that simple. I found that to be very unprofessional.

It was my first time visiting moes. I was very surprised at everything. The person serving was very nice and charming, it is similar to chipotle but more organic and home made. The place was sparkling clean and the food was really good!! not to mention Free Chips!!!
