First of all I wanted to point out the fact that the employee was touching all the food with her bare hands. I walked up and some fatter blonde hair lady was “filling up the line” apparently but she didn’t have gloves on. she was literally just throwing the stuff in there with her nasty hands. She said she can because she is the “manager” which I didn’t believe for a second but if she was the manager that place is doomed. She told me to give her one second to get an online order and that quickly turned into her picking up the phone and arguing with someone over taking her child to school which was completely unprofessional. Another thing about this employee was that she smelled terrible. I could literally smell her across the counter. On to the food, the produce looked terrible. It was honestly 100% frozen and the employee said that there was nothing she could do about it that it was all she had. I also seen about three dead flies in the cheese and the salami. I had ended up getting a chicken bacon ranch and I was extremely over charged for it. The employee said that she rang me up for a bacon add on since I got the grilled chicken which was absolutely ridiculous. I called the store phone about an hour later to complain to a real manager and a different girl picked up and said that he wouldn’t be in today so that right there answered my question about if the lady was really the manager. This place was very ridiculous it was inside a gas station so very loud and very nasty. And nowhere to sit. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t even feed my dog the food from this subway

Its a small subway inside a gas station off the highway so it’s very convenient. I stopped in around 7:15 this morning to get some breakfast and I ended up getting a Subway Club. The girl helping me was fast and efficient and very kind. No Italian herbs and cheese bread tho.

Not really sure what I expected with a gas station subway. But I regretted even starting the sandwich as they were making it. The ingredients looks soggy and old. It took like 15 minutes to make one sandwich because they were asking how many pieces of this and that. Luckily I didn’t get sick, but wouldn’t eat here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. went to get some subs for my family at 10:00pm July 6th and the worker was rude from the very start. Didn’t get her name but she is a blonde haired teenager. She rudely told me to wait before paying when I was just standing there already waiting. And then proceeded to tell me that I was messing up her computer by scanning the barcode on my coupon. Wouldn’t redeem my coupon for me and then half-way made our subs right but we were in such a hurry to leave that we didn’t even bother to have her fix it, she was complaining about her coworkers as well and that’s highly unprofessional. I will be making a phone call to her manager.

Me and my family eat Subway at least twice a week and I’ve had subs from every Subway within a 25 miles radius…Circle K on Hwy 11 at Interstate 26 is home to the best Subway around! They are always busy but have great service, friendly staff, and always gets customers taken care of in a timely manner. If you don’t have time to wait for your sub you can can order on line and it will be ready and waiting on you when you get there. The bread is always good and never to hard to eat. The meat is tasty and the sides are fresh and crispy!!

Minor Murders
I meant to leave this yesterday but I got busy. This Subway is definitely one I would recommend. I have never had better customer service and the food was amazing. Definitely worth the stop!! My family stopped by yesterday around 11:15pm because my son was craving a meatball sub. The employee was filling up all the food and when she seen us walk up she immediately smiled and stopped what she was doing to help us. Unfortunately they were out of meatballs.The employee was fast and very neat. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that they don’t have anywhere to sit and eat. Otherwise I definitely recommend!

Against my better judgment I went back today, after witnessing what I’m pretty sure was a drug deal right at the counter a few weeks ago. Two female employees, (one from the previous drug deal), both appeared to be high. Same drug deal lady was more intent on arguing with the gas station manager about turning down her explicit rap music than preparing the five orders ahead of me. Better at “pretend bumping in a club” than customer service. Out of several sauces, except the mayo; and apparently “light mayo” means half the bottle.

I only chose one star for Ms Jody on first shift who has always been great! As for the rest… they could work on everything from hygiene to customer service! Considering there are not many fast food selections off this exit you expect them to be busy but even when they’re not the service is pretty despicable. They rarely ever pick up the phone. I understand being busy and overwhelmed but I have called from the parking lot when they’ve had zero customers and watched… no answer! I have stood at the counter and watched who appears to be management finish a conversation before dragging himself sluggishly back to help. It’s okay to hate your job but you definitely shouldn’t show that to the customers! They are sloppy with their appearance and their service. Luckily, the establishment is in a place for travelers who come and go because I find it hard to believe they keep many regular faces! Customer service is everything!!
