Second time in a row disappointed with this panda. This time white rice was dry and the crab rangoons weren’t cooked/fried all the way. They were soft, undercooked dough. Oh, and I ordered for take out, and for the second time did not get fortune cookies. How does that happen with a Chinese food restaurant?

The Broccoli tasted like a literal dirt like it wasn’t washed. Team members were a not friendly or welcoming. They just wanted to get you through the line and serve you whatever food they have as quickly as possible. The portion size for the premium entrée item was to small, when I mentioned something about it, they only offered to charge me more. They did not take the time to select a good mix of ingredients, They just rushed.. The food quality pretty poor. It was quite obvious the food had been sitting out for quite a while even though it was a premium entrée, it did not taste premium. It tasted old and overcooked. Supposedly, panda doesn’t have small drinks anymore but they still have it up on the Price board very confusing.

This is by far the worst Panda Express I have eaten at. Food portions, option, and temperature were just not it. I had let an employee know by the name of Samantha that I had changed my soda 3 different times but the sodas just didn’t have a good taste. I asked if I could get a refund or a bottled drink but they didn’t resolve anything. Then proceeded to tell me that I was the one who was wrong and that the machines were working, with an attitude. She walks back to the cashier stand and continues to look at me and my family. I wasn’t able to enjoy my food nor my drink throughout the whole time. Mind you It was my first time here.

I’m a senior citizen that cannot drive anymore and so I ordered panda express orange chicken, fried rice and egg roll and when it got here it was not what I ordered I called the store and they said they couldn’t resend the order because I had to get a refund through DoorDash. It’s ridiculous. I’m a senior citizen. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Your food is good . Please don’t be cheap. We hate getting the portions incomplete . I eat at panda every day and i know when they trick you. By the way you should have a system to know that i eat there every day. I dont want to cooperate for the hospital everyday. I had more people to help

Why is it okay for them to close up and not serve majority of the items an hour before close? Where is management? Shows lack of carelessness for the customers. I would understand 15 minutes before close but a WHOLE HOUR. Management, please do better.

Update 3/30: I gave this restaurant a second chance as the pandemic played a number on staffing. This is beyond staffing issues. This restaurant openly prioritizes walk in orders vs pick up orders, they are incredibly rude to customers, and for some reason, even though I’m standing 6 feet away, they all forget I exist despite being in the pickup line waiting for my food 20+ mins after stating it’d be ready 20 mins prior. The restaurant once we get home then texts us our order is ready. This restaurant is a joke. Stop supporting it.

59 Ave Olive in Glendale Az. This restaurant has as many fails as it does wins. As most of us know, panda express is delicious food at a pretty fair price. However, half of the time my food is great and the other half of the time there is a mistake that I still pay the same amount of money for. For instants, portion sizes! How do they vary so much if they always use the same scoop?? Also, why does the person serving feel like it’s OK to give more pineapple than chicken in a scoop? I’m not ordering pineapple and chicken I’m ordering chicken! The pineapple is just a little flavoring! I’m not giving up on panda, but I’m going to start holding them accountable for every piece of chicken that I don’t get!
