I ordered for the first time and my pizza was disgusting. Ordered extra sauce and they put barely any sauce ordered onions and it’s like they put triple onions. They were under the cheese and on top of the cheese. Meatballs are gross. The whole pizza sucked. Called the store to tell them and they didn’t care. Had an excuse for everything. I will never order from this sorry excuse for a pizza joint again. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I would have never ordered!!!

At 8pm we ordered $58 worth of pizza from our hotel and received an email that it would be delivered in 33 minutes. at 830 I looked at the tracker on the app and my order still showing in process. I called the store 8 times and was disconnected every time. I assumed that the order wasn’t processed because I received a notification from my cc company asking if I placed a payment for this location and I replied yes. I then called again and this time I hit #2 to place an order this way I could actually speak with someone. The operator sent me again to that location and I was then again disconnected. I had a very tired and hungry family so I had to find a meal elsewhere. At 10:15 I received a call to our room from the check in desk that our pizzas were delivered. I refused the delivery but the driver went ahead and left with the front desk, When I returned home I reached out to the store manager, finally someone answered the phone, and explained the problem. She told me she would email or call me if she was able to do a refund. I received no email or call back. I will now call the mail headquarters to try and get a refund or I will refute the charges. I gave them an opportunity to make it right but will take further action.

Normally I love Papa John’s, but this time the pizza was not as good. I was skeptical when I saw the atmosphere was not as tidy as I expected but figured they’d been busy and just hadn’t gotten around to straightening up. The pizza was not up to par. Toppings appeared to be just tossed on sloppily and were overpowered with jalapenos! Probably won’t go back to this location again!

ordered 2 papadias. both were wrong and had no sauce on them. contacted store through an email. immediatley got a response saying sorrry. told me to reply back if i wanted them to make it right. that was on jan 22nd. still no email back after reaching out several times after.

HORRIBLE is an understatement. From food quality, attitudes to restaurant cleanliness. The male employee was okay. He simply didn’t have a mask on while the state is under a mask mandate but the female didn’t either and her attitude along with proper sanitation practices weren’t being followed. She never sanitized or washed her hands but was around the food, went from the front door to digging in her hair to using the phone and register to the food again. She acted as if you’re bothering her to pay for your food. This is not the Papa John’s service or quality I once remember.

This has always been my only option for ordering pizza but lately I’m very disappointed with the delivery processes.. the website states store delivery but a door dash driver shows up to my house an hour and a half later expecting a tip that I refuse to pay! 33-45 minutes was my quoted time; I repeat it took AN HOUR AND A HALF for my food to be delivered. Then, when I called to speak with a manager at 1:30, I was told no manager would be on duty until after 4pm. Unacceptable! They just lost a loyal customer here.

Usually order for delivery but sometimes I pick up myself if I’m in the area. Never had a problem with my orders and it’s always still hot when picked up or delivered. Sometimes the app sucks but over not a hard to use or a bad experience.
