The manager was the only employee working which while not entirely the fault of the staff is nonetheless a concern for a would-be patron who would expect their food to be quick, hot, and accurate. I believe the biggest detractor here is the local area around the restaurant. For safety concerns I recommend drive-thru only, and try to avoid going too late after dark. Overall it isn’t close to the worst burger king, but isn’t any closer to being the best.

I hadn’t eaten Burger King in a long time so I decided to return and I have got to say I was pleased. I wasn’t starving so I went with the Whopper Jr. meal and it was the perfect size. The soda machines having so many different options is always a huge bonus. I liked all of the Halloween decorations and the cashier was really nice. If you like Burger King, this place is exactly what you expect.

I ordered through the BK App for drive thru pick up, the initial employee on the speaker was rude and the manager refused to serve food from the app pick up option through the drive thru. Insisted I come in, I wasn’t the nicest about it. But neither were they. Awful experience.

If I could put -0 stars I would. I usually don’t come to Burger King. But I needed something quick before work. They are so rude!! They cut me off when I told them I didn’t want tomatoes and mustard and said “whopper doesn’t come with that but what do you want to drink?” Lisa said nvm have a good day I have a long line. Like whoa. I know it’s fast food is this what customer service turned into? If so, please pay them more! They are upset! I couldn’t even get any food. Maybe it’s the area?? I thought I was in a good area.. east colonial dr.? Orlando hospitality? Lisa and the older lady in the back yelled bye!!! I will never come back. Traumatizing

Went through the drive-thru ordered 2 whopper meals with cheese, one without tomatoes and one without onions. They got the veggies part right but on mine, (no onions) had no cheese. That’s cool, whatever I added my own cheese at home. What really annoyed me was the fact they ran my debit card TWICE claiming it was being declined both times. I know I have plenty of money in my account, I logged in just to see where the lady at the window asked if maybe I was hacked? So I checked my info there’s more than enough where it should not have declined. I ended up paying with another card which went through immediately. I get home, and I get notifications from my bank TWICE that two transactions for $23.50 were approved from Burger King. Not sure if they’re running a scam from that location or what, but I will never return to that location. Not a good experience at all.

I am sitting at the burger King as we speak its 11:15 and I didn’t get a order taken. Its been over 20 mins a lady looked through the drive threw and told me they were closed. When I asked why she didn’t know nor give me a reason for the store to be closed.This store is suppose to close at 12am.I highly recommend the store owner to observe the night shift .This is the most close store to alot of people in this area and never can get a late night meal. This happens everytime I come here .Horrific service . I haven’t ate here in a year .Please I recommend a big change

I’ve been coming to this location for the past few months now and I can say the customer service is awesome. The two girls (I believe one is the manager and the other the assistant manager and if not should be) are very personable and polite. The food has always been hot, fresh and consistent. I wish all Burger king locations were like this. This kind of service is what makes people return. This is a very demanding job and trying to keep a positive attitude is challenging during the best of times. Please keep up the great work.

Ordered Whopper Jr meal via Uber. Instead of Onion rings which I ordered, I rcvd french fries. Bun on burger was very hard, all food was cold. Store is only one mile from where it was delivered to. Awful.
