Literally the biggest joke ordering online from here. I opened my mobile order just to be sure my bowl was right and all I saw was one shred of meat. Asked the lady worker about it and not only did she first tell me that those are the normal proportions, but then tried to accuse me that I ate all the meat already. As if I didn’t just open my bowl right in front of them.

I always love my Chipotle. I got a double chicken salad with fajita vegetables, 3 different kinds of salsa, cheese and romain lettuce. It was good but Chipotle, if you ever read this, PLEASE LOWER YOUR PRICES! I spent over 20$ for a salad that wasn’t all that big.

I’ll give them another chance. The past few times that I’ve been here, something has been off. Things like the napkins, utensils, cup lids, and the normal hot sauces, were all empty. My boss had asked me to bring a cup of ice and they also had no ice. They handed me my bag of food with guacamole all over the outside bottom of the bag. I waited for 20 minutes past the time I chose as the pickup time for the online ordering.

Order was not correct. I did their online order thing for something being incorrect. They just give you a coupon for a free drink that expires in a month. I probably visit Chipotle once a year. I’d rather just take the L then give them another chance. When it’s 14 bucks for a burrito you’d think they would do a better job at making people want to come back. There was also potentially a hair in the food. My wife couldn’t tell if it was hers or theirs so just kinda dealt with it, but look closely and beware.

I never ordered from a chipotle that was so stingy with their portions. One bowl order usually makes me full. I got more lettuce than ever but two little slabs of meat, he did right in front of me. If I ask for more they charge you. The way he poured the sauce and guacamole was aggravating. It’s a disappointing location for them.

Management needs to make sure the workers are keeping the assembly line table neat and clean. It is extremely sloppy. The grill looks so dirty and worn. I will not be returning to this location.

Stopped by yesterday for a pick-up order and found that a side was missing. While one should always check our orders before leaving (obviously that would not be an option if you choose delivery), missing items appear to be an epidemic at this location—judging from a skim of previous reviewers here.

I ordered food at 6:30 to pick up at 9:30. I get there at 9:30 and they tell me they don’t have any of my items. On top of that I had to call the 800 number to get my money back and all they offered for compensation was a soda. This was the second time I want near the end of the night and they said they don’t have food with over a half an hour left before closing.

This is the worst chipotle. If your choice is between eating here and not eating at all, choose the second option. It’s always dirty, and they’re always out of things. Things are undercooked, especially the rice. Chipotle either needs to get some better management in this store, or just close this location entirely.
