We told the cashier that it was first time there. She didn’t help us order, explain the menu, or anything. Never gave us drinks, and then when I asked for them, she questioned me. Food was pretty good. But service was lacking. The seasoning on the fries was good..whatever flavor it was. They don’t put out trashcans, so some tables still had trash. They were unusually busy with Doordash orders, which had us waiting to eat in awhile.

Service was kind of slow, but they were also very busy at the time so it happens. We also came from out of town and didn’t think to order online in advance, which I’m sure would have sped things up. The food was amazing though, so it was worth the wait.

Wow. This place was so dirty I couldn’t believe it. The entire restaurant is filthy, waited for a half an hour and still don’t know why. The staff walked around with there underware hanging out. Seriously why are you sagging your pants are the job? The tables floors bathrooms pass shelves drink station and trays were so dirty I couldn’t believe it. Asked for well done wings and got almost cooked wings. Do better. No napkins other than a roll of paper towels, a case of bottled water and an ice tea machine so dirty the tea tasted like spoiled meat.

I loved how apprachable abd friendly the woman was working the front while also cooking I believe she was on it! My fries and loaded fries was bomb, I didn’t get the right order of fries that I ordered though but was totally still pleased with what I got lol. My wings was cold though but I can’t complain, I was totally still satisfied just because of the experience I was given while being there!

Great place do get some wings and some fries! The flavors they have are different enough to make you come back for more. Wings are pretty decent size, I have never left being still hungry. Definitely try out their fries when you go. They do sell ice cold beer to wash all that flavor down. If you’re looking for a different wing spot give Wing Stop a try!

The food is good but it takes at least an hour to get food. We have ordered from here several times and every time we are told about 30 minutes for the food but it is never that fast. The staff in the kitchen moves super slow and has no sense of urgency. We ordered food an hour ago and just found out that our order is canceled because they lost it. How does that happen. We waited in store for 40 minutes and now have to leave to go somewhere else because I am not waiting again for an hour.

If I could give it no stars I would!!! I was NOT A FAN of cold food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and the only thing warm was the spices. My daughter ordered bone-in chicken wings and was served boneless. And those were cold as well. My 2 granddaughters’ food was not warm. The fries were a very nasty taste potato. They had NO CRUNCH on them whatsoever. We waited for way too long to get our food for it to be cold when it came to our table. My daughter took the girls to the restroom and there was no toilet paper in the restroom. They said something to them and no one went to put paper in either one of the restrooms! This place is a restaurant so why are they not checking their restrooms? I will NEVER GO back inside that restaurant again.

I ordered 15 flats, and they were wrong with the seasonings. I called them when I got home and explained my order was wrong, and because they were closing, the manager stated they would correct it the next day, and yes, I’m still waiting for it to be corrected the manager won’t return my call I left several messages for someone to call me. Sigh. Excellent customer service no longer exists!

Wow, I had an order to pickup (through uber) and when I walked in there were 17 other people crammed into the front of the store waiting for food. It was a Saturday afternoon but I’ve never seen a Wingstop so behind. I know people aren’t paid enough but the guys making the food didn’t seem to be in a hurry. I felt bad for the manager, she was bagging all the orders and trying at least. Once my food was ready I then had to wait for ice to be put in the soda machine. Overall I wasted an hour there at the store.
