When I pay $30, I expect the food to be edible. Instead, it came with a side of surprise. Hairs. Absolutely disgusting. Hair nets should still be a thing. If they’re not gonna be worn, they should be well groomed. I worked in the food service industry for 7 years. Our boss kept razors in the office and would make the men shave if their facial hair was too long. Females’ hair couldn’t be past the shoulders. If it was, it had to be pulled back and situated to where no hair could show. Hair nets were worn in the kitchen as well as gloves. This is a common thing around the fast food establishments. Not just Hernando, it’s Southaven and Horn lake as well.

Every time I get a Mexican Pizza (my favorite) it tastes like chemicals and completely inedible!! I was assured that it’s just the oil they fry the tortilla in that’s old which I don’t know how that’s better. Makes me so sad because they were doing better!

Staff members who were there were working quickly and efficiently. For them to busy when I went the quality of food was fresh and delicious. Staff members asked me if I needed assistance immediately but since I placed a mobile order, they just assured me that my order was being made and coming up. A+ to management and the staff members there.

The MOD refused to take front counter orders and told her staff to tell us to the kiosk even though we told them what we wanted couldn’t be found on the kiosk. The other lady standing next to the manager literally stared at my me and my child the entire time, rolling her eyes and turning to the manager making snide remarks. I will never come back to that location, and you all should seek management in a way that will build your company nit just some lazy bum to fill the spot!

My husband & I tried to have supper. But the employees who are being paid to work there refused take our order. A lady pointed to a thing on the wall and said use it. We said we would like to dine in will u take our order & again she pointed. So we left-No more taco bell for us! Very poor customer service !

Dec 7th visit: I do not eat meat. When I ordered and requested black beans instead the gal seemed shocked and then irritated. Very little customer serviceand just seemed to want to get it over with. Was a little nice at the window but again, very little customer service. I’m noticing that a lot on the east coast, because if they acted like that back home they’d be fired for not being friendly to customers. Anyways, idk what they thought this was (pictures), but it was a mess when I opened it and the food did not get damaged in the vehicle as it sat still the entire ride. There was barely any brand on any item and very little tomatoes. Sad looking food for sure…

Came in around 1:30pm and was turned away. I did not want to use the self serve kiosk because I needed a physical receipt. I was told that they “don’t have anyone to run the cash register”. When I asked if they could ring me through the drive through register I was told “we already have orders on there”. So I guess they reached their limit for the day.

intentionally poor service. i was here picking up a doordash order, i waited 10 minutes on the order when the guy called it out. i went to grab it, and they said wait they need to sticker it. they grabbed the bag and told the lady at the drive thru to put the stickers on and make the drinks. she grabbed the bag and put one sticker on. serviced the window and then got on her phone as if i wasn’t there. i asked if i could take the order she said hold on and stayed on her phone for another 5 minutes. i was completely baffled. this lady doesn’t need that job. this happened 3/24 at lunchtime.

I was worried they were taking our town’s little taco bell, but they renovated it and opened right back up, made me very happy. The service is always good. They’re quick, the food is good, and it’s pretty accurate. Friendly faces, clean store.
