This firehouse sub literally just saved me!! I ordered online and some how my order didn’t go thru. I made it right at 9 pm. Which they close. And Daniel I’m assuming the manager (if not he needs to be) was very polite instead of turning me away he went ahead and fixed my order. The whole team was great. Awesome job guys! I am shocked at this locations response to a community event that was raising money for an organization that provides dream rooms for children with cancer. They were also raising awareness and hosting a blood drive through Blood Assurance of whom Firehouse Subs shares a parking lot with. Because they share a parking lot with Blood Assurance at the Village Green where the event was being held, they felt they had the right to complain, ask the event host to shut the event down, and threaten to make phone calls to people they thought had authority to shut the event down. This location is so desperate for money and business that they have no concern to make their community a better place while supporting children with terminal cancer. They should have been asking how they could help support the cause instead of how they could ruin it. If I owned this location I would be absolutely ashamed and horrified with my management teams actions!

Oh lord..my mom and went yesterday..first time for her, been 2+ years for me. Sandwiches were AMAZING! We enjoyed it so much. Staff was nice, and very welcoming. Gave extra change, and bought a pickle bucket. We will go back again….definitely!

Usually very satisfied with the food! However had a recent encounter with a worker i believe to be named angel. I asked her a question to which she then proceeded to ask for help and I then tried to mention a suggestion and i heard “this kid is on the phone literally trying to tell me how to do my job when i know how to do my job.” I then spoke with the manager on shift who told me the price of meat had gone up and when i asked when she told me “today” i called the other store to see if this was accurate and was told it was not. Food is usually good but customer service is not.
