I went through the drive through and the person speaking was so incredibly great. His name is William R. You can tell he works hard and cares about his job. He asked how my day was going and got my order in quickly, but made the experience human and not like talking to a robot. Super refreshing to see someone have great customer service. It was super busy and I could hear him still being super consistent with each sustainer service. I let him know that he was great and it makes a difference.

Went in to the store at 6:30 and waited in line for 10 minutes. Then ordered at 6:40 and sat down and waited 25 minutes. The store was filthy and the floor was wet in multiple areas. The only thing that made this visit tolerable was the food which was at Taco Bell standards. Overall, the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Never coming here again. -_-

I live nearby. And at this point they should shut it down. I love me some Taco Bell but I just backed out after 25 mins in the drive through and didn’t move once. With only 4 cars in line and the lobby(actually open today for a change) wasn’t packed either. If they can’t staff it or get competent people just close it and give us a in n out or something

This place never fails… to fail. I have to ask for items each time I’m here. I pay extra for items on my food, and they never miss to forget. Tonight, my burrito from the volcano combo has no rice. Love it! Thank you for making my meals that I PAY EXTRA, just to not have it. Splendid failure

Ordered twice through DoorDash and on both of my separate orders I’ve had several missing items. I knew it wasn’t the dashers fault because it was two different drivers that delivered sealed bags! I called the restaurant and a little girl answered the phone already giving an attitude. I kindly gave her my name and she immediately shut me down and said “Well there’s nothing I can do about it! You can tell the driver to come back to get the rest of your order! And there’s nothing I can do for you!” I know she clearly couldn’t do anything about it, but she didn’t even try to hear my situation and had no patience to listen to what I had to say. If you want everything in your order that you paid for…. Don’t go to this location and don’t bother calling for help because a rude little girl won’t help you either.

Ordered at the drive-thru and was handed a bag obviously short of items we ordered. We did not leave so the worker asked us what the problem was and we indicated we were short items. She asked for the bag back, and then went through it and said only the Mexican pizza was missing. We got the Mexican pizza and went home to find the two tacos from the #9 were missing. After she went through and “verified” we had everything. There are too many fast food joints (including other Taco Bell locations) close by to deal with this level of service. Don’t plan on ever coming back.

9:45am I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes with no response so I took the time to go inside. After standing at the counter quietly waiting to be help and making eye contact with 3 employees I politely ask “are you guys open?” When the young female with the drive through headset on struggled her shoulder making and “Ugh” noise then replied “can’t you just use the kiosk?” Then she proceeded to walk away. After 15 minutes of waiting in total I thought this was extremely disrespectful so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. The girl with the head set on was a young Latina female, 2nd employee was a young black male, and 3 was a female with purple hair if anybody at TacoBell is reading this.
