If I could give negative stars I would. We sat for almost 45 mins. All of our ice cream came out completely melted. So melted it instantly spilled all over my vehicle. The person making our ice cream continuously pushed her glasses up with the edge of the cup.

This place used to be great. Has went downhill fast in rhe last few months. Food quality very poor. Orders almost never right. Chili cheese dogs have no chili on them anymore. Posted a pic od mine. Thru it away! Chicken strip salad-terrible. Called manager said to come in and they’de make another one. Went in and said”hope this one doesn’t look like the last one”. Instead of making me one decided to just give my money back. Lol. It used to be my favorite. Not anymore! Had to give it a 1 because zero wasn’t available. Sad!! Save your money & go somewhere else.

Second time in a week, that we ordered blizzards with extra stuff added in them. The first time we were missing a good 1/4 of the ice cream in our blizzard along with all of the extra items we asked and paid for for each blizzard. Austin today the same thing happened! Ordered two blizzards with extras added into them and paid for it. But when we got it home to eat, again it was missing all of our extra items as well as barely had any of the stuff that was supposed to be in them. You expect more than a few pieces of Reese in your blizzard as is but especially when you ask for EXTRA. It’s like they put just enough in for the mini size. Whoever made them decided to barley do their job. This has been a very disappointing to order and get home to find out you are missing stuff that you ordered. Calling to talk would be useless if they could care less to make it right the first time they would care less of someone calls.

Dq used to be one of my favorite places and after 3 of my last times being there and paying over 40$ every-time yet my order is still wrong, drinks were wrong , I ordered a 6 piece bbq chicken basket and ended up with 4 plain chicken no bbq , no gravy with my toast, cheese curds were cold and old tasting , and after waiting 40 minutes for my food to even be done and spending 40$ you think they’d be at least warm , also got a large fry and ended up with a small. This place isn’t even worth the money anymore.

They do not follow corporate recipes and refuse to refund or replace what they’ve made incorrectly. 🙂 out of towners avoid! They made both of our blizzards incorrectly and doubled down when asked if we could get something else. Not very polite about it either. Conned $10 from us when they refused to correct it.

Here from out of town and the girls were not helpful and rude. Ordered a LG sundae and it wasn’t explained that there was only ice cream with one pump of fudge. Thought Sundaes came with at least some fudge and wipe cream. For a sundae to cost 4.99 it should not be the size of a small. Ridiculous.
