Unbelievably great customer service! I’m literally on a first name basis with almost all of the staff here. This is, without a doubt, my favorite Jersey Mike’s location! I drove 25 minutes to eat here today and was not let down!

So upset! I just had an awful experience with Ashley who said she was the manager. She would not give me any other information of who I could talk to. She was completely rude and unprofessional. I attached a picture of my soggy mess of a sandwich which did not seem to have any cheese let alone extra cheese i paid for which I drove all the way back down dawsonville hwy to have remade because I was hungry after dealing with a sick child all morning and was looking forward to my sandwich as I get it quite often. When i asked if i could have a drink so i could sit and eat my sandwich instead of driving all the way home for my troubles she said well did you pay for one before in a very snarky voice. I said no I did not but figured maybe you would give me one in so i could have my sandwich here and she said no you have to pay again in a rude voice! I said wow ok thats not really good customer service. She said well you can choose not to come back. I told her my husband is a business owner and in advertising and you shouldn’t tell people to not come back and lose a repeat customer because word gets around quickly. She also saif well you can leave a review which I am doing. I as a manager myself nor my husband as a business owner would never make that comment to lose business over a drink for $2.39 especially after the sandwich wasnt made correctly and was absolute slop and the customer made a trip in that was a second chance to make the right impression and Ashley totally completely failed on all accounts!

I’ve worked in food business all my life and I know that there are rules and regulations that are required. The young lady fixing my food was sweet. The issue that I’m having is that her hair was not properly restraint. She should have it in a ponytail or a hair net. Something. Not letting her shoulder length hair fky around freely under that sun visor. I couldn’t even stay inside while the food was prepared. They only reason I didn’t say anything while there is because my husband asked me not to. I wanted to ask for a refund and leave. The food is great. That’s why we keep coming back. But something needs to be done about the hair and hair restraint

We stopped here for a super late lunch today around 3pm and it was hoppin. It not super crazy and we didn’t wait long. I realized quickly as to why there was no wait, they had a streamlined system down to make those awesome sandwiches!! From start to finish they were efficient and super friendly. They took a photo of all the employees that day and you could see the camaraderie of the crew. I took time to meet the manager,Ashley, and she was very nice. I braved on the crew and she did too which is a reflection of her leadership. They hit a milestone today and I can see why. We will be back.

I was eating at about 7 pm on May 1 and the woman cleaning the floor was using such a strong chemical that I really felt like I needed to go to the emergency room due to lung irritation. Wow….

Hurried to get to your location before close. Just going to order to go on 7-8. Chairs up, open sign out, and told they closed early. Just a bad way to run a business. Edit, On 6/23/23, we went back. No other customers, 4 employees and we step back where we would order. A guy made eye contact and smiled. A girl came in and tried to order where you pay. They told her to go back where we were to order. They immediately started getting her order, while we had been standing there and no one had gotten our order. We decided to leave. I looked on the door for some sort of number to call, but nothing posted. I went in and nicely asked for a district manager number. They said they didn’t have any such thing. I was asked to wait and speak with the shift leader ( the first one that non verbally acknowledged us). I waited and asked him and he said he had no one I could speak to. He seemed like a nice guy, but he needs better training on properly handling guest when they come in and how to handle them when something is wrong.

Came in at 1pm today and there was quite a bit of a line. Decided it was worth it and stayed… crew was killing it! Only three people working and taking care of online and walk-in orders. You could tell they had been going non-stop for some time. They took their time with each sandwich and were grateful for everyone’s patience. Took a little a longer, but worth the wait! Sandwich was perfect! You might be short staffed, but the crew today was great! Super proud of them getting through that rush. You could see a sigh of relief at 2pm when it finally died down.

They were super busy when I went. They handled the mix of people in line and on line orders well. It will take them a little time to get all employee up and running 100% but they did a great job. Will be back for another Philly soon.

Somehow two sandwiches and two cokes cost me $50, the Italian was a decent sub even though it barely has any meat on it at all where as the buffalo chicken was literally just blue cheese and hot sauce soup soggy and not even worth eating. We frequent several other sandwich shops and I figured we’d try this one out but for the money I’ll just go get a real meal. The location that we went to also had a bunch of kids just acting like they were hanging out and not paying any attention, they literally dumped toppings on my sub and then scrapped them off when they realized they were making the wrong order…
